I always assumed this place was overpriced athleisure wear, but now I will be the first to admit how wrong I was. You really get what you pay for! And the staff is amazing (I’m looking at you Keri & Vanessa). If you’ve been on the fence, just go check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

I am so sorry I haven’t posted sooner to express just how lovely this store is and the people that work in it are. I have never met anyone here that wasn’t friendly, helpful, and caring. I have been a repeat customer for more than several years and the women who work here talk with you and are so helpful and honest. The clothing is very well made and fits a variety of body types and ages. I always walk out of this store feeling happy and confident. Thank you ladies! I wish I could remember all your names, but please know you are appreciated by this more-than-happy customer. Can’t wait to go back and shop again! Merry Christmas!

Margaret and Theresa were so very helpful, they were wearing items of Athleta that helped me choose what was best for me! I absolutely 💯 % am in love with all the Athleta items I've purchased! I am hooked on Athleta! My Jogger leggings rock! I feel dressed up enough to wear out and about with 💯% comfort!

Today was my first time going into Athleta, and it certainly won't be my last. I was greeted by a friendly associate (I want to say her name was Kerri, I wish I could remember. Dark hair with glasses, she was great!) I told her what I was looking for in a pair of leggings and she gave me a few options to try. She ended up helping me with doing an online order to ship directly to my house. Great experience, wonderful customer service. Thanks for being so helpful!

I had a wonderful experience yesterday at the Athleta store with one of the staff (Sharon - If I’m remembering her name properly). Not only was it clear that she loves her job and the company she works for - but she made my shopping experience a delight. As a busy executive, I rarely shop in-person and try clothes on - less than 1x per every few years.Sharon was helpful and inspiring - making suggestions on items that would fit my body and match my aesthetic. Also, she spent extra time setting me up with the reward program and a credit card (which I never say “yes” to) to get me discounts.She also shared with me about Athleta’s B-Corp certification and commitments to use business to make the world a better place.I left feeling inspired, special and well cared for.

The online side of Athleta really needs some help. I ordered a new suit and what was supposed to the 3-5 days with a charge for shipping is now at 7-10 days and no delivery date posted.Not impressed with this at all. The delivery for the suit has been pushed back every day I go in and check the shipping. I will not order online again from them.

I walked in after recovering from a bilateral mastectomy 3 weeks ago so fearful.From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted by a smile and a beautiful,compassionate young lady.I explained my situation and she was not at all condescending.Very understanding.I was having issues with a previous purchased “bra”.I wish I had remembered her name along with the young women in the fitting room.It was a very personal experience.It was as if I was the only customer in the store.I left with amazing products.I was explained their return policy.It’s appreciated.As a woman with breast cancer this has been my new favorite store!Please Corporate …look at this ,figure out who was working on 4/24 at noon and let them know I was moved .

I just had an excellent customer experience at this store. I walked in frustrated with an order that was facilitated through an online transaction. The manager at the store greeted me and we worked through the return, and then facilitated a replacement and item that be shipped to my home address. She even helped manage the discrepancy with shipping by discounting the replacement item. I walked away, very satisfied and appreciative that I didn't have to engage the online team to refund a shipping cost and had the correct item shipped to my home.
