What a bad experience after 12 years with AT&T.Marcus does not call me back regarding on the promotion he sold us that now we find out we did not qualify for.its been over a month waiting for a district manager to call us to fix this issue.Would not recommend going to this store unless you want to be ripped off and lied to.

I have been with AT&T for years and I have never had a problem with them until now! We upgraded our phones and were told a promotion and that our bill was going to be high the first couple of billing cycles. Our bill hasn’t gone down and now I’m being told the promotion that was sold to me wasn’t even available at the time. I have came to the store already 3 different times looking for answers and I feel like these people don’t care about their customers just horrible customer service at this store. I feel like I’m getting the run around and they don’t want to fix the mistake the store made. Marcus told me the District manager Aaron was going to contact me still have t heard a word. Marcus at this store said it takes time well dang let me sit here and pay all this money while you do nothing to help me. I may have to go to another phone company that is willing to help me!

They're only hourly employees for sales they do not know much. Do not buy with them..
I been with AT&T almost a decade. Customer service been degrading for awhile.
Data plan barely works we're paying for best service at&t provides and the data is shot apparently

Upgraded our phones and when we upgraded we held onto our phones until my wife's came in and we would trade in the old phones once we transferred our data. I live in caldwell and didn't get the chance to turn them in until after 30 days, come to find out there's a 30 day time frame that the manager didn't tell me about. I tried to bring the phones in the nampa store at 35 days and was advise of the time frame at that point and told I need to go to the store I got the phones from. I later went to this store (meridian) and the same guy who sold us the phones, Markus, refuse to do anything and offered to call his district manager to try and work it out. He offered to call me within 24 hours and it's been a week and haven't gotten a call. I am now in store again since I didn't get a call back and am being refused as he doesn't believe he didnt tell me about the time frame. I asked to pull the video footage to prove it and am getting the run around. Do not come to this store unless you enjoy getting ripped off.
