I was in the store today and overheard a really inappropriate interaction between employees over what seemed to be a genuine mistake. One of the customers got caught in between the interaction. Extremely rude. I have never heard employees talk to each other like that ESPECIALLY in front of a customer!!!!! PERIODT

I couldn’t recommend AT&T less especially this store. I asked my store associate if there were any additional start up fees and he said no. I set up my plan February 28th while still connected to Verizon and they charged me $83.59 for one day of services, it’s absolute highway robbery. I also asked to be placed on their lowest plan for $65.99 a month and he put me on a higher plan without my permission. I felt like I asked all of the right questions and then I went on my online portal and was shocked. Stay away from this store.

Terrible customer service. Felt like I was at a car dealership. Everytime he went to check with his manager and come back with even more higher service rate. I guess the sign on the window that says $25 per line is a lure to get you in.
Probably not going to use them.

Friendly staff! But I’ve been trying to call the store for the past 3 weeks and the robot machine kept not understanding me and kept hanging up on me and wouldn’t let me speak to a representative. So don’t call them if you have any questions. Go in person. I’ll keep trying to call them for the next couple weeks before switching providers. But the robot keeps answering my call first.

The girl who helped me was amazing. I showed up pretty much open and I had my daughter who is a handful with me and she was able to get into my Apple account which the Apple Store was not able to do. I Was able to get the brand new iPhone, and since I did not lose any of my pictures, I left a happy girl, And so did my daughter. She even put paw patrol on the TV for her 😊. It couldn’t have gone any better. Honestly, probably the best experience at a phone store I’ve ever had.

Upon driving up and entering their shop, things were clean and tidy. The customer service professionals appeared professional in every way. The person who helped us was certainly willing, pleasant, courteous, and helpful, but I left after a lengthy attempt to set up my Visual Voice Mail without it being accomplished! So, everything else was a 5, but knowledge and know-how bring the overall score down to 3/5.

Very disappointed in the outcome. I have been paying on an account for 6 years that I dont even have access to this tablet. When I moved my lines to a business account they did not move my tablet. They could not cancel the account because they had to send a pin to it. Well they cant send a pin to a tablet and which I dont have . I escalated as far as I could to get someone to override and cancel this account. I questioned the bill several times but got no straight answers finally got someone to help and it is finally cancelled but I have paid $8500 over the 6 years at $115.73 per month and for a tablet?? Yes I know it is my fault for not realizing it as it was an auto draft set up on my credit card then other on my debit card, I should have been fighting it before now but they are not willing to credit anything but $300 ( reversing last months charges and this months) . Now they have lost a client of over 40 years who was being overcharged on regular bill as well. Customer service was not helpful and I had to escalate multiple times. In store gal was great but couldn’t do anything for me. Extremely dissatisfied customer

Great store and the only AT&T store we will go to. Jim and his staff are so helpful and patient! Thanks for hooking us up last week Sosa. You were so kind and patient with us! (hope you've recovered from our visit lol) Nicole thanks again for the help today. We always know if there's a issue that no body else knows how to solve that you can solve it, as you have for us in the past more than once!
