I feel let it down. I think that the pedicure was not thorough. It was OK but they don’t really clean beside the toes and nail much. It looks like but not really. I then asked about waxing. She waxed my face went fine. The under arm waxing was good however, when it came to my leg waxing, I was charged $55 for it. There was still hair left on the front part of my legs the back of my legs was never my knees were never touched, so just the very front down my shin bone. The rest was unwaxed. Because I don’t like confrontation at all, I paid it but will never go back.
Too bad because it’s real close to where I live

Legitimately the most rude and inconsiderate people ever. Even expecting some level of bluntness from this sort of business, they went above and beyond to insult and disrespect. What an awful staff.

They’re nice and they do decent on a pedicure but could definitely do without the comments and insults on how we’re aging, not to mention it’s hard to understand them well when they speak… lacking some professionalism and understanding not everyone wants to talk… the lady specifically

Had a full set of nails done three days ago and four of them have come off completely. I stopped by to have them repaired and let them know that the first one came off the day after I had a brand new full set put on and I’ve never had this happen. I was asking for a repair but was told that they would be charging me to repair them all because I must’ve been picking them off. Definitely not the case as I have had acrylic nails for years and had just taken them off because I was going to be doing some painting and once I finished, I wanted to get them put back on again. I will never go back to the shop again.

This place is awful! I went in for a fill and to replace one nail bc my place was booked. I wanted stiletto nails and all she could figure out how to do is round. I paid for jell polish but before I even got home EVERY nail was peeling the 2nd coat. I went in the next day and she was irritated but fixed it. Well literally 1 hour later my nail fell off and 2 started peeling again. I paid $60 for my nails to be peeling, bumpy, misshapen and fall off. When I went in to get a refund she refused. It's no wonder why there's nobody ever there.... they suck!

Their service are fine but they are ridiculous on accepting gift certificates that are more than 6 months old. I came in with a month old gift certificate and they did not accept it.
Under the CARD Act, gift certificates and store gift cards can't expire for at least five years from the date of issuance (in the case of a gift certificate), or the date funds are last loaded on the card (if it is a store gift card or general-use prepaid card). Terrible customer service. It is owned by a husband and wife team, and they are so incredibly rude. I would never recommend this "spa" to anyone..ever!

I absolutely love this place! Was looking for a pedicure to treat myself and, after being treated rudely by another place, found myself here. Tommy was very welcoming and told me he just needed 5 min since he was cleaning out the pedicure chairs for the day. He started my pedicure and his wife Anna finished it for me. She is absolutely adorable and funny! Definitely found my pedicure spot. I'm confused with some of the reviews on here because my experience really made a good impression. The vibe here is perfect

The gentleman did a nice job. However, he was extremely cranky and mean. He did not like me asking any questions. I pulled my credit card out too early after the machine beeped and had to run it a second time. I was scolded and he said “ what did you do that for? Can’t you read?” I will not return to this shop.Service: Pedicure

I have been to this salon twice since moving to the area. Yesterday I had a full set done and set an appointment to go back for a pedicure today @ 10 a.m. This morning I needed to cancel the appointment and called in before they opened and left a message on their voicemail stating I would call to reschedule. At 10:08 am I received a scathing voicemail for being a "no show." When I called back to let them know I had indeed left a message and they needed to check their voicemail, I received more of the same. Essentially, it was my fault. They need to check their voicemail and check their attitude. I won't be returning.
