Just made a deposit inside the bank. Britney wasn't friendly, made me wait long and ask for my ID since my amount was over 3 grand so she can report me. I have been here a few times but never felt welcome so I guess I have to cancel my account soon and go with ICCU because they are more nicer there

Was treated very poorly for depositing a business check (from my spouses work, usually has direct deposit. This was his good ole fashion bonus paper check from a well known retail company). They made me feel very small when the older women insinuated that this check would not clear and she’s trying to decide how long they should hold it. Have had this account open for 8+ years with many large deposits and no issues. Left a very bad impression.

Came in today for a deposit. Rosalie could have been more friendlier and should have giving me back my ATM card instead calling me back and not apologize. I have been here few times in the past and I think ICCU is more friendlier and offer great customer services

A very quiet atmosphere but I don't see a friendly welcome by a teller. I didn't get her name, a very young lady and on my receipt it showed Drawer :2903, Transaction 25 today at 15:24pm. Not even thank you or goodbye simply she wanted to get out asap from her face. I will not come there anymore

I opened an account at this bank many years ago just to hold little amounts as it came in. I recommended it to everyone because it was the only true fee free bank. This bank was my safety net. Then I got a letter saying all the accounts would have fees unless you jumped through the hoops. So I looked at my accounts to see if I could make these hoops work and found they had been draining my savings. No remorse, no help, I closed my accounts today. They won't miss me though either because with the stipulations they only want the bigger business. Oh and the kicker? I just closed all 3 accounts by only telling them my first and last name. I walked away with cash without showing my Id

I do not remember the last time I felt welcomed and appreciated by a bank. I have been dealing with the large national chains for decades. I simply forgot there was something else out there. Banner Bank is that something else. They are always friendly. Always welcoming. Always respectful. They have been very helpful to me and my business. They helped solve needs that I struggled for years to get resolved with other banks, the large national ones as well as some regional ones. They have made my life and business operations so much easier and so much more efficient. They deserve recognition for being a bank that makes you feel welcome, that makes you feel appreciated, and that helps you solve problems. This is especially true in a city like Meridian, Idaho. Meridian, Idaho seems practically devoid of friendly, neighborly behavior and respect for others.

Banner Bank in Meridian has always been super friendly and always willing to help me as best they can. Jenn is my favorite and I really appreciate her kind personality. I can tell she remembers her customers both on the phone and in person. Thanks Jenn for always making it a pleasant experience!!

I love this bank. They're always really helpful when I have questions, setting up your card for use outside of the US is a breeze, No hidden fees, they waive ATM fees, etc. I will never switch banks and recommend them to anyone I talk to. Very happy customer. My only complaint is the app, but it continually gets updated and is now a lot better! Could have more features but it gets the job done (:

Dreadful bank...don't bank here...I wish Costco could have picked a better bank to process my loan through. I've been through a ton of banks, and these guys are awful.
