Let's start off with the two most important things at any restaurant, especially fast food. The atmosphere was clean, and the staff was outstanding. When we ordered the cashier took our order with a smile and wanted to make sure everything was accurate. When things at the counter slowed down she came table to table, making sure everything was correct and that everyone was happy. This quality is very hard to find in this type of business and I am very lucky to have found one. Food is normal to burger King style.

Jane is the reason i come to this burgerking,she is always running to take care of everyone,while others just look and laugh,I've seen this poor lady always trying to please the guest,have also seen some guy just yell at her for no reason,I love the service and the food,she always treats me professional and best customer service anyone can find around.

The food was good. The service was a bit slow, but I expect they are understaffed.Now I don't know if that is normally an issue or there was just people out do to sickness or weather. The staff was nice and professional. And I will say I was impressed despite seeming understaffed they took the time to refill and start up the shake machine rather than just claiming it was down as many fast food joints do so often its become a running joke. Huge kudos on that.

First the lady collecting the money at the window pressures you into round up for a homeless children’s organization she doesn’t know the name of . Then my whopper meal …. Stale bun and cold onion rings . Never going there again !

Three strikes and you're OUT! Been through the drive-thru three times in the last few months. They can't get an order right. Today's was easy - two items. They screwed up on both and wouldn't fix it unless I came inside. Ain't nobody got time for that. Not going back.

1 manager and 3 staff members and not 1 can acknowledge the customers. We are standing here and they all look confused. Who's running this place? There's only 4 orders on the screen.

The experience here is completely varied. Sometimes the food is great and service is relatively quick. Other times the fries are soggy, burgers unsatisfactory, and slow service. They forgot our order once. Last time, while we waited a long time for our order, an employee who had a mop bucket in the lobby spent 20 minutes laughing and looking at her phone with someone else while not working and we waited for our food. Sometimes it is clean and sometimes not. A hit and miss place for sure.

The screen on the second drive through wasnt working so we pulled forward to order at the window. When we got the window we told him we were unable to order and he told us we’d need to go through the drive through again. But at that point there was a long line none the less spend another 15 minutes in line. We told him we’d rather order with him and he threw up his hands angrily and said he couldn’t help us. Then walked away and refused to help. So rude!!!

Ordered a Spicy Melt to go. They marked it on the packaging correct, but it has the wrong bun, wrong sauce, raw instead of grilled onions and only had 1 pickle and 1 jalapeno. Nothing like advertised.
