This last weekend I dropped my IPhone and shattered my back glass and front screen and bent the side frame. On Monday, I brought in my phone. I was given an estimate on fixing the phone and also an alternative of buying a used phone. I decided to have my front screen repaired. The repair was done in 90 minutes same day. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be a repeat customer, if needed. Great work!

If you need anything from just information or repairs , or even what to buy for your electronics needs CPR is the place to go. They are all professional and knowledgeable about all devices. Robert took care of me and my device was pretty archaic and he had it fixed in minutes. The price was super reasonable. I don't write reviews at all but I felt strongly to write this one! 10 STARS in my book!

Robert and the guys at CPR were very kind and knew their stuff when it came to working on my dinosaur Samsung Galaxy Tab A. They were very professional, quick and efficient when working on it. Actually it literally took 5 minutes for them to open it up and diagnose and fix the problem! I would definitely recommend this store to fix all of your cell phone, PC and tablet problems if needed. I will definitely use CPR Again!

Took my sons iPad into CPR after he cracked the screen. The price was great, they even gave me a promotional discount code to use. The greater surprise was how quickly they got it repaired. Told me it would done by next day but they knocked it out SAME DAY. Screen works flawless and my son is back to playing Roblox, thanks CPR!1

I had seen this place before as I drove by and hoped I'd never need them. Unfortunately I did have a broken phone, so fortunately I knew just who to call. They fixed my broken IPhone screen in under an hour.

This repair shop did a excellent job.. they offered me Several options to fix my phone and had a solution for each problem they were timely and my repair only took a few hours.. Both of the employees were personable and professional overall an excellent experience

These folks are top notch. They fixed my speaker system by doing a deep clean and instead of a $100 fix it was a fraction of the cost. They also fixed an issue with a loose wire which was disabling a portion of my LCD. 100% recommend for their honest and good customer service. Thanks guys

I sent CPR Phone repair an email to ask for a quote for a screen replacement for an iPhone 12. They quoted me somewhere in the $300 range and tried to schedule me in for the replacement. I told them no thanks and that I received another quote to replace it for $130. They said they would match it and do $5 less, so I sent them the name of the company and location. They offered to repair the screen for $125 with LED screen (which was fine given the price). I tried to set up the repair via email, and they just stopped replying altogether. Additionally, I'm now receiving spam emails and phone calls after typing my information into their website for a quote, and the rep at CPR Phone Repair says they can't remove me from the email list. Unprofessional company. Waste of time, don't bother. **Updated I think your reply is in poor taste, and that alone speaks to your unprofessionalism. I have multiple emails to your company that have not been replied to, which I'm happy to share if you'd like. Referring to the email list, you're telling me that I shouldn't have entered my information on the contact us section of your website, but your website refers customers to it? This was done outside of your business hours, so there wasn't another option at the time. As far as the repair company, they are a physical company, and their website and pricing information was sent to you. They repaired my phone for a reasonable price and did a great job. Your one star review is deserved for poor customer service. Don't offer a price match or a service to someone that you cannot perform.

I am very happy they were able to fix my phone screen that was ruined with a big green line in the middle . But they broke my screen protector in the process of fixing it and had required me to pay for something they broke, after I paid 200 already for A new screen. They then tell me they broke my Face ID as well and it would forever be broken and unfixable yet when my mom talked to them they were able to get it fixed after a whole day. I am super appreciative that they were able to take their time on my device though and finally fix my face ID for free.. but after telling me I would pay 300 dollars for something they broke which felt like a scam. It was just frustrating and confusing and I recommend you always bring a parent where they understand everything the most.

Literally can't even do a simple screen repair without breaking my girlfriends Face ID and then after they break it they ask her to pay 300$ on top of the 200 just to have the Face ID fixed? Do not coke here if you have eyes that can read this review because this is the most unhelpful cell phone repair place in all of Idaho Edit: after they FINALLY fixed her phone the next day now her service doesn't work so we have to take it back for the third time and his week just for a simple screen repair. I hope this place goes out of business because nobody should ever go here if they need their phone fixed
