Looking for auto body shops that helps every step of the way, you should check out Caliber Collision. Any location, I used the one in Meridian and was very happy with the job. Great communication, knowledgeable and very helpful with the whole process. Worked with both parties, estimated 2 weeks got my SUV back in 7 work days. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone.

Everyone at Caliber was friendly and helpful. My vehicle repairs were completed earlier than what I was quoted. They even gave me a ride to Enterprise when Enterprise was taking too long to pick me up.

The absolute best customer experience i have had in a very long time. From the time I picked up the phone to the time I picked up my car (at the Adkins location), I could not have been more satisfied. They walked me through every step of the process simply and thoughtfully. They did it all-took over all communication with my insurance company and coordinated my rental car! I could not recommend them more! If I could give them more stars, I would.

The initial estimate was spot-on, and they even worked directly with my insurance company to make things easier. The repairs were flawless, and they delivered the car on time.
