“Capell's customers service was the best I have ever seen, from Mikia at the front counter to Larry and all the staff! They actually did not have their own installer for carpet, but did you local installers that did an excellent job for them. They helped me pick out the carpet to match my room and told me the difference of the quality of there carpet. Then they stayed in tough trough the whole process via email, phone calls, and TWO days later showed up to make sure I was satisfied with the installers work. It was awesome! PLUS they guaranteed my carpet with a gift package that included, movie tickets, popcorn, and best of all spot cleaner for life of the carpet in case you spilled something on it. I live in Emmett and they treated me like the next door neighbors best friend. Very Impressive!! They ask me to post a few pictures as well which I have, but don't have any furniture back in the room yet.”

“Brad communcated well, installation of our SPC plank flooring was great, but we should have been warned (1) our baseboards would be removed & reinstalled & would require repainting, and (2) there would be EXCESSIVE dust (we expected dust, just not excessive - A THICK layer was deposited everywhere in our great room. If warned we'd have covered everything. Also there were two full boxes (about 50 sq ft) of flooring that weren't used, plus other pieces...ordering extra for 'waste' is good, but that much waste expected on a 290 sq ft space is overkill and we had to eat the cost and will never use those extra boxes. Great product; need a 'warning' handout; over-estimating waste.”
