Score is base on my experience with your call center. They have no clue what they are doing. I got transferred multiple times and none of them were able to help. The only reason I have the unit is because the gentleman that runs the facility called the next day and took care of it for me. The unit itself is fine and I do like the app to open the gate.

I just wanna start by saying that Public Storage looks like it’s the greatest place we’ve had since we’ve been in the Eagle area/Meridian. We love it in this area since we’ve been with Public Storage going on a week now it’s safe 24 supervision, the staff are great. They’re on top of things. They make sure that you’re comfortable with your storage unit, and it’s just a great atmosphere for families all around. If you decide to come to public storage, I’m telling you right now. It’s a great place and I’ve also noticed no mouse droppings any sort. It’s very. Clean. I couldn’t do it any better. I’m very happy here. Thank you, Public Storage.

Do NOT use this location! They sent us a letter about being put to auction even though their system didn’t do the automated payment. Then we went to clean it out (after making the payments and decided to close our unit) to just be done with storage and they had gone into the unit!!!!!! And no, it was not up for auction yet and still 5 days before our “final sale” payment was due.

They raised their rates on me by $40 per month over the course of a year. I can't recommend doing long term business with this place when I can get a powered unit at the current rate elsewhere. I plan to move in the near future. I use the unit to store tools and materials for a business.Place seems clean enough and secure.

Stacy, district manager I met over at Records St. was the best , she guided me to the best site/size for my needs plus the correct amount of boxes and tape, etc. Major savings for me as I had to have two sites. And I was so limited on my time I was stressed.Then Nick, the manager of Records St took care of my tech needs. Can’t thank these folks enough.

As some of the other reviews stated, I also experienced the outrageous increases in rent. They start you out with a “first month free” and a reasonable rate of $90 for a 10x20, then they start the rent hike within a few short months…$118, $147, $175, $218, $228, $245, $263…this rate increase was over a year and a half of time! NEVER late! When I complained about it, I was told “sorry, company policy…corporate!.” What a disgusting display of greed! We moved out!!! Upon our move out, we discovered mice infestation throughout our stuff and most of it smells like mice urine! Not to mention the water damage from the seeping in from the back wall! PLEASE, do yourself a huge financial and time favor and look elsewhere! Sidenote- I was told that they have yearly conventions where all they talk about and push is “raise the rent, raise the rent, raise the rent!” By the way, the 5 stars that you see on their website ad online is just a fake graphic!

I have been storing with this company for a little over a year and it started at $150 and has since increased to $240 a month. For what? Greed. I imagine they will keep going up in price until they start losing more customers. Go anywhere else. Choose a smaller, family owned company not a giant company that will nickel and dime you while providing subpar customer service and limited access hours. Will be clearing my unit out within the next month to save over $100 a month.
