Meaghan is clear, concise, friendly, and does what she says she will do. We are very impressed! Meaghan is a fantastic business representative for Clarity Credit Union with great experience and customer service skills. We will only use and recommend Clarity.

Meaghan helped my wife and I with an auto loan and made the entire process as pleasant as possible, she was personable and so kind to us and our situation and has helped us to begin our path to financial relief and figuring out how to balance our finances giving us hope for our future. Meaghan went above and beyond for my husband and I while working to get us into our new car. She and this credit union have been a blessing to our life in helping us get our finances in order, and the entire process start to finish was smooth, well explained, and we felt the work put in was well worth 5 stars , would do 10 if I could! My wife started an account with the credit union. Within days of her opening it she had over 500 dollars scammed from her account. When she called them to try n fix it they told her “There is nothing we can do about it” then asked her to get a police report filed. She did that and in the process the Clarity Credit Union continues to charge my wife overdraft fees because of it. My wife had more money coming and as soon as it hit my wifes account all that money was gone again. Then Clarity continues to charge her more overdraft fees. They would not do anything to help or stop it from happening. Didn’t cancel the card, wouldn’t close the account, nothing….. just found out this morning they shut my wife’s account down without her authorizing it and is actively trying to sweep it under the rug like it never happened. They won’t reimburse the money that was stolen because they were wracking up overdraft fees. DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!! I’d give it zero stars if I could.

Clarity Credit Union allowed big money powers to steal all the money from one of their clients accounts, Ammon Bundy. Not only that, they allowed them to steal his son’s money too. Completely immoral and clearly a tyrant lackey for the big money powers and government. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

No Safety Deposit box access CV-19, ?⚠️ Called to say they closed down the boxes, come get contents or it goes in trash TODAY !!No refund, for remaining six months of prepayed box rental &no apology!??

Can pretty much guaranty this credit union will not make it through the year. They could not fund a fully collateralized $5,000 loan with a co-signer (one with a near 800 credit score and six figure salary). Their solution is place blame on underwriters and the dreaded debt to equity ratio. I could justify their reasoning had the loan been large. But $5,000??...warning bells are a-ringing. Do not waste a credit score check on your record with these guys.

I've been with clarity credit union for 8 year's, Meaghan has taken my credit score up 200 Plus points sence joining. Very friendly staff. Definitely recommend joining.

If you are thinking that customer service, expert knowledge and exceeding expectations are a thing of the past in banking, then you haven't banked with Clarity and had the pleasure of Meaghan being your banker. I couldn't ask for a more polished and caring person to help walk me through uncertainties in the banking industry and understanding account insurability. Protecting your assets is vital and trusting the person that does that is imperative. After my experience opening a checking, savings and CD with Meaghan I feel at ease and grateful to have such a wonderful place to bank. I feel more like a person that matters at Clarity versus a transaction or account number. I'm so thankful to be a card carrying Clarity member!Thanks for taking such great care of me, Meaghan! It is very appreciated.
