Called to change insurance companies- John Sherle was very helpful and prompt with responses. He talked me through all options available.

He’s actually sending out flyers with the names of people who’ve never even lived in the state of Idaho. A kind call asking them to look into yielded no reasonable response. Kinda makes one wonder what kind of service you’d get if you ever needed assistance.

I’ve been with Clark Nielsen Allstate for 8yrs now. I’ve always been able to call and talk to a person in that office (not in India). They’ve always given great advice on ways to save $ since I’ve insured a camper and home since being with them. Never pushed me to spend more than needed. Clark him self tents to call me personally once a year just to see if he make changes to save me money. Those calls actually have saved me a lot by switching a pickup I don’t drive much to mile wise (full coverage, pay the by the mile over a certain mileage) Definitely better to go through a personal agency than through Allstate directly or online. Thanks Clark and team, keep doing what you have been!

I've been with Nielsen for over a decade. Not once have I felt pressure to purchase anything I didn't need and at least a half dozen times, I've interacted with staff members old and new and never had a single issue with service. The text I just sent to my husband was in regards to adding a new vehicle and I literally said " $ XYZ to add the truck- Man- I love those guys!" And I do.

I have been a customer for many years now and know that when I need answers or help Clark or his team are quick to respond. Clark is good at providing the coverage my family needs and does not force unwanted coverage. They are great at providing options. Give them a call or stop in for a quote. You won't regret it.

I have always had the best of service whenever I have called Clark. If he isn't in the office, someone always takes time and helpful attention to my concerns.

Nice to deal with and have been with them for years but recently, it seems as though they have forgot what customer service is.

NO recommendation explanation: We support local businesses everywhere and we like small and big businesses too. This NO recommendation is our way of trying to educate every business that boosted FB ads must be done responsibly and properly. The over exorbitant load of SPAM on today’s social media platforms has become systemic. Any media source that’s literally taken over by intrusive advertising that’s mostly irrelevant to its users needs to be addressed and dealt with accordingly. The platforms have turned the customers into the product and they’re using their users to profiteer as they put profits before people which has made the relationship a love hate one at best. When any business does the following they need to know that it’s blatantly intrusive, irrelevant and unwanted and helps destroy the nature of a friendly platform for family and friends to communicate with one another as was its original intentions and use. 1. Boosting ads outside of the market area in which they are relevant to users buying the products and services being offered. 2. Boosted ads in foreign languages from foreign Countries that users cannot read and or interpret. 3. Even local advertisers boosting ads must pay attention to how far they are going out and reaching and adjust the radius accordingly. Anything over 50 miles and or an hour or more drive away is inconsiderate unless you are willing to go out of your way to provide services to customers that far away. Stay age appropriate as well and the more you define your targeted potential customers the less you’ll annoy and intrude upon others. 4. Online businesses that offer services all over the Nation or World also need to use the FB boosting tools to narrow down who exactly sees the boosted ad. If I get a boosted ad for children’s products and I don’t have kids then I’m offended and the ad is improper. These simple steps regarding how to boost any advertising on social media should be the platforms responsibility to inform and enforce on their advertisers. You’d think that sites like FB wouldn’t want to ruin peoples experience and create hate and dissent from irresponsible advertisers. Furthermore, because FB is using a “recommendation” process with just a YES or a NO choice and nothing in between we apologize that our NO may hurt your feeling and your score but we’d be glad to amend our NO to a YES if you make a statement agreeing to become a responsible Advertiser and STOP boosting SPAM where it does NOT belong. Thank You for listening and learning and becoming a business that cares rather than just throwing your messaging out there irresponsibly. ???
