After our initial consultation, I will admit I was skeptical- the environment being so different from an average gym. Our son has been training at Competitive Edge now for several months and everything that Matt promised has come to pass. Mood stabilization, strength, agility, power, increased self-esteem, mental clarity: the list goes on and on. Our teen is coming into his own under Matt's guidance and we could not be more grateful. This place is LEGIT.

Kyle Sela is very knowledgable and methodical in his approach to strength training. His biomechanics assessment was thorough and set the stage for building a strength program specific to me and the demands of my sport. He explained each exercise patiently and took time to address each of my questions. Extra attention was given to safety and good form that I would come to expect from a physical therapist with his credentials. Highly recommended!

Immediately after you walk in to this facility you know you've entered another world. You can feel the echos of the blood, sweat, tears, and puke that have been released in the facility and in the equipment that lives there. Both owners are truly passionate about the training and their acolytes are just as crazed and frenzied about their training. They have a huge range of clients ranging from LEO Tactical to Powerlifters to Strongmen and high level athletes. The one common thread are the people in there are all the cream of the crop or are working their way to the top. Definitely a place you have to visit in the Treasure Valley
