They have everything you're looking for at a better price , if you're renting or buying your first home or updating your furniture . This is the place to go. ... we purchased a dining table came with 4 chairs we paid less than $500 for it. We also bought a real nice sofa " new style " with the lounge which is reversible for our sofa set less than $1000.00. Come and check them out , you will find they are the best in town , The employees don't follow you .they let you browse throughout the store ...

I bought a brand new kitchen table, 4 chairs and a bench from Consignment Furniture. New furniture comes with a 1 year warranty, not consignment furniture. My bench leg broke 2 weeks after my one year warranty was up. I went in and spoke with Dave, he was very polite and asked me to e-mail him a picture of the broken leg. I requested if I could have 2 chairs rather than the bench. Two chairs were more money than the bench. Dave got me 2 new chairs for free! I didn't have to pay for anything! Got to keep my bench that my Father in law will fix! Dave is the man!! We will be going back for more furniture in the future. We highly recommend Consignment Furniture!! Ask for Dave, but everyone their is very polite!

When we went an hour before close there was no one there and the employees obviously weren't thrilled we showed up. Space is clean and well organized. Made a purchase over the phone two days later for something we had found in our brief visit. That phone experience was probably the most positive part. My father went to pick up the items the next day, that we were told were put aside (since they were paid for...)he was treated poorly to the point that he had to call me and I had to send a picture. The person that he passed the phone to was dismissive and unkind to both of us. If they had not had what I needed I would not have given them my money. It could be an amazing space but everyone that works there seems so unhappy and that filters into how they treat their clients. I hope they all get nicer Christmas presents and things start to look up there.

OMG, they have so much furniture, They have pictures, couches, dining tables and even stuffed animals. You name it, they have it. The place is huge. It rained today and their roof was leaking in one spot. They put a bucket out and all was good. The sales people are nice and helpful. Some of the furniture was alittle over priced but, there was lower priced furniture too. I'm sure we will come back because furniture turns over fast.

A very easy process for purchase. Several employees reached out to help us before we decided to buy, and they continued to be helpful while the transaction took place. Two young men kindly helped load our vehicle, and they used deference to determine the correct order to fit the load. Kind, considerate, and empathetic is how I describe my customer service experience at Consign Furniture Boise. Well done!

Great news I feel that I won the lotto and I want to share my fortune with everyone. Just a short story of how I came upon the most wonderful store one could only wish for. My husband and I moved to Idaho, Meridian to be exact and as luck would have it we were in need of furniture as we moved here because of a family emergency which required our immediate attention, we purchased a house and were in need of furniture we went to every furniture store and ordered furniture we were desperate to find something because we were in an empty house and had to finally resort to staying at a hotel for some time we were told that our furniture would be delivered in 6 mos. to a year we left disappointed and upset. Driving around not knowing the area we came upon the Consignment Store and as we entered we were greeted with kindness and sympathy, as we toldour story we looked around and noticed all these wonderful things some new and used as I looked around a said to my husband "I wonder how long we have to wait for delivery" one of the managers overheard and said "well is tomorrow to late" I couldn't believe my ears and almost dropped, sure enough they delivered it the next day. They had so many wonderful things which increases daily that we find ourselves there every chance we have. There is no pressure to buy my gosh they even give suggestions and they will work with you. Things you want to get rid of they will take it on consignment. Hey at lease check this store out you'll thank me I'm sure. Please share your experience with others I know I have. Please look at some of the things I purchased.

Nice clean store with friendly attentive employees. Bought quite a few things there. I prefer modern furniture. they have alot of conservative, traditional styles. A great place to save be money and the have a lot of new furniture and artwork as well.

I was very happy with my experience. The store is very large, and some areas seem to have primarily new items while other areas have primarily consigned items. There was a range of super nice high end items and quality but less expensive items, some of which had gotten great discounts. The variety of styles and colors of furniture makes it a great place to try to find that perfect fit you're looking for. Staff members were friendly and available to answer any questions I had.

Paying for quality furniture for a great price and great customer service. However, I didn't get my order delivered correctly. The two pillows coming with the loveseat weren't delivered. Very disappointed

We really enjoyed our experience shopping here. A good variety of new and used items, and while not all of the used items were in great shape, they were clean and well taken care of. We will be returning in the future.

So I have been here a couple of times, and they do have furniture turnover, each time there were several new pieces.Prices are pretty high for used pieces. Large warehouse with some overstock new furniture mixed with used pieces and a variety of modern and traditional artwork.One thing I wish they did was to allow buyers to make lower offers and contact the sellers. Many pieces have been there for ages, due to being so over priced.That being said! You can find some really unique pieces. Just be ready to hunt and walk around, and don't be afraid to walk away and come back in a couple weeks. Got one piece half off, and lower than what I wanted to negotiate lower to.

Discovered this place when we moved to Boise- have been back 4 times and bought a great piece of furniture every time. Great selection. almost unbelievable prices and sales staff who are friendly, helpful and go the extra mile to assist- we'll be back
