The store used to be great, however every time I go now the shelves are empty. There are always huge carts stacked so high with boxes that block the aisles. Checking out is difficult because they usually only have one person and so the lines tend to get long. Also, I believe she might be an assistant manager but there is a lady there that consistently is rude, difficult to work with, and obviously hates her job because she has a terrible attitude. I spoke with the manager and wanted to let him know my experiences with her and he asked me if I said anything to her. That was his advice! To point out to her that she's being rude or has a terrible attitude. Well, I did that and it was not well received to say the least.

This location has always had really great customer service, but I have been coming in a little bit more recently and I always get Annika, and she's always so sweet and helpful and professional! She's got great customer service skills, and I just like to give recognition where recognition is due. It's not often we see great customer service anymore, so I've made it my little hobby to give a shout out to those who I really see going above and beyond! She's a great addition to your company, and I hope that she gets a shout out from her boss and recognized for always being kind and helpful and upbeat!

Not ADA complaint...Difficult to enter and exit for elderly or wheel chair. They have handicap sticker on door but no handicap button for assist access.

This has gone from the best dollar tree in the valley to one of the worst. Went from clean and organized to a complete mess with unstocked product filling carts down the aisles. Staff has declined as well, today Kathrine was being particularly snippy with the customers, and had the gall to suggest that I tie the handles of my bag back together after she had broken them loading it instead of just placing the entire contents in another bag.

Store is extremely understaffed. Store was messy and packed with customers with two employees working and only one check out line out of four open. I'm never going to this location again. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this location. Every time I've gone it's been awful much like today.

Depending on the time of day, there is usually a long line for checking out..There was lots of boxes of inventory in the isles, making it difficult to navigate at times
