Pleased with finding DRIVEN auto repair. Had personal mechanic 15 years recently retired and referred me here. I found Steve on the phone who was quick to understand my need and get me scheduled in. Jason German was my mechanic and he was awesome. The usual “all over check” was performed and they came back with the list of things that could be fixed. They were not pushy whether I took them up on all of the recommendations, or none of them. They were open to fielding any questions, and their answers to those questions let me know they were invested in me getting done what I could get done and overall having a great experience with getting work done there. And that’s exactly what happened. A quick example would be that it was recommended I did a brake flush, and I inquired whether the brake line would be broken to flush out the caliper or somewhere else in the line, and when I’ve asked this question in the past, that other shops it always raises defenses - but they jumped right in with understanding why I was asking, and as it turns out, they actually do it the exact way I was hoping. My experience kind of went like that with everything. I also got the coolant flushed and had a power window regulator replaced, which was the original purpose for my going there. I will definitely be back. I am stoked to have made this connection!

I have a 2006 Tundra that had to have the rear end rebuilt. The guys had it done in just a couple days and at a good price. The truck hasn’t sounded this good in years.

I am extremely happy with my experience with Driven. I feel they did a great job repairing my jeep and the customer service was outstanding! I received excellent and friendly communication from Manager, Jason. I am very grateful to Les Schawab for recommending them as I have always trusted them. I would definitely go back to Driven if need be, as well as recommend them to family and friends.

on time very cordial people best value for the boo ck I’ve ever had in car repair. Came in with an issue on Thursday and was willing to leave the car till Monday because didn’t have an appointment and I got it back to me on Friday. They are my go to for maintenance now

Service writer Steve was wonderful. Kind, soft spoken and professional. Gave reasonable repair times and they delivered. I had other things that need to be addressed but they didn’t try to fear monger me and push for me to do all repairs at once. This is a legitimate shop who isn’t trying to squeeze every penny out of you. Highly recommend.

We've used Driven Automotive for our three vehicles for a couple of years for routine maintenance and major repairs. The level of customer service is extraordinary. I love how they record in word and picture their work on each vehicle. I see and hear exactly what's wrong so I can make an informed decision. I appreciate the friendliness, timeliness and care.

Monday morning I walked in to there very clean and cool looking shop. There I was met with a friendly face who made the experience enjoyable and easy on the mind. By the end of the day my car was anylized diagnosed and fixed. The amount of time and effort that was put into my truck was astounding. My favorite part was going into the shop and looking at my truck up on the lift. The next morning I went and picked my Chevy up they had a detailed report of what was done with picture and everything. This is the place you want to go. They ask less than other automotive shops and they give you more. Thank you driven, next time my truck goes down I will be going back to them.
