It’s nice to actually be able to have a selection instead of having to settle with just big. The only thing I have is that if you sign up for the emails you get about 10 a day and the unsubscribe doesn’t work. But that won’t stop me from going back from some fresh threads.

DXL is amazing and Chelsey was a lifesaver! I have a wedding coming up and had gone to Men's Warehouse for assistance and was treated horribly (understand I am a larger individual but had been assured by Men's Warehouse they could work with me). I then found what I needed online at DXL's website and went to their Meridian location to get measurements done, Chelsey was working and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! She new exactly what I needed and helped me pick out the perfect suit jacket and vest, and gave me information on getting it altered locally so it would fit perfectly! Chelsey was beyond helpful and friendly, I cannot recommend DXL enough!!!

My experience here was great! The store manager was super kind and did everything she could to help us. I will say, she is completely over worked and disrespected by this company. She was completely alone and had been it seems like for a while. I would know this, because I also work in the same complex. It is unfair and unhealthy to expect any kind of associate to be running a store during business hours, every day, all day, by herself. She is not a robot. Shame on you guys for expecting her to be and treating her like she is one. Get some help in there to keep the store open every day during business hours or, give her a break and take the hit. Care about your people more and maybe y’all could keep a staff.

2nd time I've been to this location and a sign has been up on the front door saying the staff has to "step away" until such a time later during their regular business hours. This is unacceptable. My life is too busy to drive here and not be able to take care of the business I need to conduct.

Your shipping USPS changed the delivery date from May 25th to the 30th. It was in Nampa postal office on the morning of the 24th of May, NOT HAPPY
