Great customer service, gentleman who helped me with the Malibu on 1/26 near closing time was awesome. He made it easy to swap the car and could tell he's extremely good at his job and working with customers. Highly recommend this location!

I rent cars from the Meridian Enterprise all the time. They are fantastic to work with. They have always treated me with respect and have the best customer service in the Treasure Valley. They are excellent all around.

Had to rent a vehicle through insurance and the guys at Enterprise were AMAZING! 1st vehicle I got had some issues but they were great and finding me another vehicle (hassle free) that met my needs!

The Enterprise on Fairview were really great and friendly to deal with. They were able to get us into a vehicle at the last minute and even gave us a ride after we were done with the car. The only complaint I have is when I originally called their office it sent me to a central office somewhere and they wanted all my information over the phone to give me a simple answer if they had a car or not. I did not feel comfortable giving my information over the phone so had to just call for a Uber to get me to the office.

We always use Enterprise when needed ~ so we have a lot of times all over the country ~ I just want to say that TODAY we had the best experience with Fernando on our car rental.? He was so professional while being so happy and kind ~ we would highly recommend this Enterprise for your next rental ~ you’d be blessed to get him at the counter ~ he gets 10 ⭐️’s!!!!!I’m adding this AFTER we brought the vehicle back and George helped us. I have generally used Hertz as my go to. But they did not have a truck. We needed a truck specifically to move furniture across county. They had the perfect one. We had discussed coming early to pick it up, but I messed up the online RSVP. They didn't get it washed before we came, but gave it a quick hosing out of the bed before we left.When we came back, they asked it there was anything they could have done better and I mentioned not having the truck cleaned. They gave us $ toward our next rental. Very nice gesture! We will be coming back to them again!

I guess it was too inconvenient to take my call today, so I was hung up on repeatedly, approximately 10 times before I just called another location. Negative stars for a major lack of customer service, which was just simply picking up the phone with a phony greeting! I would have been ok with that. Booooooo! Please retrain staff or hire more people because they seemed overwhelmed, even with an empty lobby on Friday at 4pm.

The service was fast and friendly. Jonah Hultberg helped us get the car returned and was very professional and friendly. I appreciated the last minute text to verify my return date as I needed to keep the car an extra day. Great service and prices all around!
