Got a killer deal on line and was a bit worried it might be a scam. But went today to move our things in and was put at ease! The staff was super friendly and the facility very clean and space was perfect. Would refer a friend.

This is my 2nd time renting from E.S. and both times have been flawless experiences. The staff is wonderful, the cost is fair and the process is very convenient. I highly recommend Extra Space on Dryer in Meridian!

Extra space storage is one of the best places I've ever had my stuff at. I've had storage for years and years and I've never had such quality people. Help me and assist me for any problems that occur and I just want to say they are top notch here and I wouldn't look for anywhere else

This facility is absolutely spotless and clean.
I rented a unit online. The girl in the office Chari was absolutely professional. She was fantastic helpful and super friendly. Just love her. I highly recommend this storage Facility

Chari is amazing! Moving from North Carolina to Boise is stressful enough. They made everything easy from a distance as far as securing a unit, going through the sizes and what would work best for us. The morning the van arrived, Chari met us early along with the moving van. The facility is clean. The location is great, team is amazing.
You never know when you’re researching storage facilities from far away what they’re truly going to be like, this is did not disappoint, with an amazing team and clean facility/units.

As with most storage rental places, there are a couple of extra fees (move-in, insurance) that aren't stated in the initial price, but I expected that. What I didn't expect is that, on a Saturday, I could fill out information and pay online, be at the location 30 minutes later, and it was ready. The staff were kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The facility itself is clean, organized, and seems very secure. Highly recommend!
