We rented through Extra Storage on Dyver Ave. Chari Bruni gave us amazing white glove service. Convenient location and nice facilities. We highly recommend.

Visited several storage facilities for a short term rental. Extra Space Storage was professional, answered all my questions and had a clean facility. Signing in online went well and the 3 questions I had were answered quickly by Chari. Getting into the unit the first time was easy and quick as well. Adam made sure all was in order and again answered my questions.

Chari, one of your associates, really up lifted me during a very tumultuous time in my life. She is genuinely nice and remembered which unit # I was renting even though this was the first time she checked me out when I came in to pay my bill. I have been in the retail industry for 18 years and have seen the “Customer Service” change into something unrecognizable any more. So when I see it, I speak on it. Chari is a great worker and a genuine person. Don’t let her go!!
