The location is easy to access and even has an app to get in and pay. The units are clean and completely sealed so no worries of leaks or rodents.

The manager at this location was extremely helpful always easy to talk to. He could answer any in all of my questions. I would 100% recommend this location. As far as my contents, I did a controlled climate unit and it was awesome. Nothing got warped and terrible from the extreme temperatures. I completely appreciate that.

Was a fine clean and accessible climate controlled unit. Just frustrating how frequently they raise the rates once they hook you. Too hard to always be moving between competitively priced storage facilities.

Read the 1 star reviews....they are the most accurate. This company is classic bait and switch. My rate increased 80% in 3 months. They will reply to this review and suggest I call a number. Which I already have and they do absolutely nothing. These guys are crooks and I am reporting them to the attorney general.

Good size unit (12x25) high ceiling to get things vertical. Gate is digital code for easy accessibility. (A code at the gate works too) parking is available outside the gate for helpers.

Rented a space on July 7th 2025. I just received a notice of a rate increase just 3 months later almost doubling my rates. I received nothing say that this was an introductory rate. When I first rented this company hounded me to give them a good google review, which I did base on my first dealings. So now you know why they have positive reviews. I believe I will contact the Idaho attorney general to review this practice. This is pure bait and switch tactic. What a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company.

Such a good experience. Reserved a space in the afternoon and was able to get in and that same day - 2 hours later. Area is very clean. Erika at the front desk was very helpful and extremely nice.

Great customer service! Whenever we call, they're extremely helpful and quick to find answers for us. The storage location is clean and easily accessible as well!
