What a clean, cheery, professional place! We were treated with courtesy, efficiency and friendliness. Also, when we closed out one of our storages, it was easy and quick. Jamie and Josh offered a great move-in rate too - best in town. All said, we had a very positive experience!

4/5 because I haven't been to the facility yet. The location is brand new, so I doubt there will be any issue physically with the unit. The customer support over the phone with Tyler was decent. I was given the amazing deal from online over the phone with him. In my area a 10x5 unit goes for $64.95/mo but at Extra Storage I was able to get a 10x10 for $68.95/mo on a December sale. HOWEVER, TYLER said that they will honor monthly until I move my things out, and when speaking to the location manger in person he cleared up for me that this is untrue. Prices will go up as cooperate decides, but I will be given notice a month or so in advance and may dispute to try and keep it lower. I didn't love the one time admin fee of $29 but I let that go because I am more than making it up in savings on the unit. I may update the unit after moving in my stuff in a few days. Over all: 3/5 for the online salesman lying to me, but otherwise getting everything set up correctly. And 5/5 for local guy Josh in Meridian, ID for being honest and helping me understand things and allowing me to see the unit before I moved in.

Excellent service. Kind and caring. New clean facility Jennie is a 10 star employee at extra space. She really went to bat for me when an issue occurred. She solved it with pure professionalism. I would highly recommend them for all your storage needs.

The people who own or manage the Meridian location on Benchmark and other staff truly stand out above a crowd.
They have consistently gone above and beyond to be helpful and kind. The facility is well managed, clean, and secure.
I will always give this facility my business when needed.

If you are looking for someplace to store your belongings Extra Space Storage is the place to go especially the location on Franklin/Benchmark. Jamie (the office manager) and all of the other staff are hands down absolutely amazing!!!!! I went into the office with a complicated situation and Jamie took the time to go over my options plus has been super supportive each step of the way. Jamie and her crew are ROCKSTARS!!!!
