The place is horrible! One of the employee's was, belligerent rude and, very hostile to me for parking in front of the building for a brief 30 seconds, so i could run some books to a neighboring business.. i tried to explain to her but she blew me off and told me to move my car. Would never, ever ,buy insurance there!!!!!

Stephanie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was fast, was able to give us a fantastic rate and blew all of our other quotes out of the water all while including more! We couldn't have expected that! I highly recommend her and her team of experts. They exceeded all of our expectations. We won't go anywhere else.

Stephanie’s office is small enough to know you, but big enough to protect you. Not only was she able to expand our existing coverage, but she saved us in premium from our old insurance. It was even better than the one with the gecko!

I LOVE Stephanie & Terry.Stephanie helped me get life insurance set up and was helpful with any question I had on the different types of policies. She checked up regularly to make sure I received the emails and all the necessary paperwork that needed to be signed.Terry is always amazing about answering and calling me back in a timely manner, even when working out of the office due to CO-VID.The office is always clean and they offer a variety of refreshments.

I had called her a few months ago to change my policy over to a Utah policy and she told me she would do it and send me an email, but I never got the email. I tried again and she said she would do it but again I didn’t get an email. A week went by and I tried to call her multiple time and no response. So I changed agents and he tried to get a hold of her multiple time and he said she never answered him either. She finally called me but I couldn’t answer because I was at work and then she emailed me. I was very frustrated with this.

Terry, who works with Stephanie has been so amazing! A person hit my car and their insurance was being more of a pain than they should have been. Terry was there every step of the way and fought for me. I would still be sitting here waiting for the other insurance to approve my car being fixed if it wasn't for Terry. Her personality will make you laugh and smile when you are in a stressful and unfortunate situation. It was two days before my birthday when this all took place, but when I called her the day of the accident she made me laugh. I didn't feel so bad after I talked to her. She made my experience with the other insurance (which wasn't a great one), more bearable!
