Update: I recvd a reply from Metro asking me to come in to speak with a manager. I did speak with Will about the 2 situations that I had experienced. He appreciated the feedback, said he would review appropriate guidance for vehicles entering the wash track, found my wheel cover (it was in pretty decent condition), and offered 2 complimentary cards for future washes. I very much appreciated his attention to my complaint and his willingness to address the issues.
I will likely return in the near future to see if improvements have been made. I'm willing to give them a 3rd chance.
If I could leave a review with zero stars, I would. Today was the 2nd day in 2 months that I have been through the wash & the employee running the entrance & spray did not direct me into the tracks properly & my wheel rims were ripped off & destroyed.
Additionally, when I exited the wash, my car was covered in water & soap suds across the front of the car & through the hatchback. This is not acceptable for an $18 wash.
I will never return to this business & will tell family & friends to avoid this car wash.

This place is awesome.
Oil change and car wash done in less than 30 minutes. Friendly and professional staff, plus the waiting room looks like a Starbucks. Free coffee.
Couldn't be more impressed.

I accidentally signed up for a monthly membership thinking it was just for one month. Immediately after reaching out through their website to get it canceled they refunded me for the two months I didn't use. I am very appreciative of their customer service and impressed with their ethics.

I love their early bird special. Every day between 7 - 9 am. I do that often. Yesterday they turned a problem into a solution. Their credit card machine broke, so they gave me the wash free. Their problem did not become my problem. Great!

I find absolutely ridiculous that a facility that has everything there to do full service washing in and out does not do the inside unless it’s a detail. This location did it for years but no longer does. Overland rd still does a good job.

Let me start by saying im not a car guy. I Went to get a car wash yesterday, the 28th, wanting to get a wash. I'd gone before, and never had any problems. Car wash does, in fact, clean ur car well(I went with the $20 option). I got a new car a month ago and have been adding little things here and there to make it really mine. Anyways I got these valve stem caps for my car that are these bright red spikes. Apperantly that was a big no no, cause taking my car through the wash with those snapped off the stems, and deflated my tires. I ended up having to pay 177 dollars and some odd cents to get it fixed at the same place. Thankfully it works perfect after getting it fixed, and everyone I talked with was very friendly. I'm just a little heated that I ended up having to pay more than a payment on my new car because nobody thought to say "maybe take those off, that will mess up your tires".
The guy I talked to after I got out of the car wash right away was able to identify why it happened. I'm just steamed that the issue was identified AFTER my valve stems were snapped.
Overall, the service was good, and my car IS clean. I'm just ticked about having to pay for something that I ultimately had no way of knowing would happen. Drove by Two employees who didn't say a word , but AFTER, a third employee was almost instantly able to identify the issue.
Most expensive car wash I've ever had.

I got a free wash on a coupon so shouldn't complain but here goes. My car was very dusty. The tailgate still had dust on it. The undercarriage wash didn't hardly touch my wheel wells. It did get most of the bugs off the front end though. I had to do all the door seams and jambs by hand.

This car wash did a great job on our muddy Dodge Ram 2500 club cab 8 foot bed truck. Owen was so knowledgeable about the membership and the different car washes available. Great experience !!
