Zero customer service. We were barely checked on 20 minutes after looking around. When we asked a question about the price of the faucet we wanted we were scoffed at and told that is was $6000…as if that was out of our price range. Then they walked away before we could inquire about ordering one.
Customer service agents were helping customers in our area, but 2-3 were just sitting at desks on their phones and actively ignored us as we passed by.

Actually zero stars.
We were given the stink eye from a couple employees. I am guessing they were customer service. Unsure because there wasn’t really any customer service to speak of. We were very excited to go look at kitchen sinks in the showroom. This visit put a sour note on our current remodel. Very disappointing.

People are great, but I would strongly recommend against buying Thermador which they may push. Our $20,000 range/stove has given us nothing but problems since it was installed and Thermador Corporate seems to be doing everything it can to avoid replacing it as the tech has now suggested.

Mike, the showroom manager, went above and beyond to ensure he had a satisfied customer. We had an issue with an item that was outside of the return period. He did the right thing and accepted the return anyway and got us into a product we are very happy with.
