I've been going here years, and they too often have trouble filling my prescription. I just don't understand why so many things go wrong with their supply. If you're going to go here, make sure you get a physical prescription and not a digital one, because you'll more than likely need to go somewhere else when they run out of something. Absolutely never let them store it on file, because you're not getting it back when they're out of your medication. Maybe I have less than an 80% success rate at getting my prescription on the day it's written, and it's not even an uncommon medication. I'm just fed up after all these years. It has to be their fault at this point, and I'm surprised there is no legal or criminal penalty for supply issues like this. What if it were a heart medication, should I just die because they didn't order enough?

I love Fred Meyer, I mean common they were the only "General Store" in Idaho until Walmart (which was looked at as an oddity. It was late 1999 or 1998 when Walmart came to Boise. Fred Meyer has always had quality products, household, housewares, furniture, decor, clothing, intimates, fantastic produce, meat, deli, and ahead of all the little pop ups when it comes to the new trend in consumer food products "vegan", "organic", "gluten free" and they continue to grow and remain the front runner. Their prices were beet by Walmart before Covid if one does not utilize the reward system, ads, coupons; both electronic and paper. I save more and get better products from a Northwest local supply chain supporter with amazing products and service. You have to utilize your rewards and don't miss the Founders sale. We actually on vacation went to the first Kroger (and still the corporate store) in Oregon. It's multi level and awesome. I love FM. Two of three of my children work for the company. They started while in high school. They are great employers as well.

I'm not sure where to start but here goes. September 7th my doctor sends my prescription over to Fred Meyer and I get a call a couple of days later from a pharmacist or technician asking for more specifics.I then show up about 2 days after that and one of my two prescriptions are filled.They tell me they still need more clarification on the second prescription from the doctor's office. Okay, so I contact my doctor the next day and they send the prescription over again.The phone app says it will be ready on the 19th. I show up after the 19th to find out they still need more clarification.This is ridiculous. I'm transferring back to Costco who had previously filled this SAME prescription in 48 hours.Fred Meyer can keep their lack of competence and over priced groceries.I'll drive the extra few minutes to Costco.

I went to the pharmacy on Fairview and Locust Grove as I do every month and when I showed my alternate ID (which I've used there several times already) the clerk didn't want to take it because it wasn't easy enough for her to process. Most of the clerks are pretty good about this, but the one I got today was a bit bossy, even going as far as advising me how to manage my payment cards online, though I didn't ask her for any advice. Not good in a customer service situation. She seemed to be having a bad Monday and to need someone to take that out on. Look's like it's time to take my business somewhere else.

Poor customer service. Called pharmacy directly, placed on hold by pharmacy technician. Was on hold over 20 minutes with call going back to customer service desk multiple times which kept placing call back on hold despite having been made aware of hold time.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I was charged twice and after an hour on the phone and being hung up on twice I still have no help and will.be calling my bank. DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE OREDER FEATURE!

The Techs are the only reason I stay at Kroger pharmacy. The pharmacy is understaffed, with no onsite management, it's all managed by out of state regional managers. Pharmacist turnover is ridiculous!!

First, I really love Fred Meyer (FM) stores as a whole so this review is limited to the donut operation only. Bakery is great overall but donuts severely suffering and are a waste of time and resources if they're not going to do it right.I have tried FM every since I moved here and have been pleasantly surprised, by both product and service. GREAT store and great people. However, the donuts never turn out right. They're stale, even when they come out fresh. It seems like they prepare these the day before in every instance. They have a brittle and hard texture with marginal flavor. Any donut, any time.I would recommend Ridley's in Star. They have the BEST donuts!

The pharmacist lady working there is tempermental, impatient and altogether rude...she complains about working for FredMeyer for 30 years and not getting a raise. She does not like running discounts because it cost the pharmacy so much money they will go broke. The last draw was when she said Republicans with Deep Pockets are the reasons for crazy drug prices. We have used them for years, but o more. Will e sending Rabbi an e mail.

I can't believe that i always have a problem when i come to this store... this particular visit just like several others i was checking out and always notice the clipped digital deals do not apply correctly and you have to call someone over to adjust it. Starting to wonder if they just hope you don't notice. Also i visited Starbucks inside Fred Meyer and the worker named jack was so rude. I started to ask him if they had a particular cup and he cut me right off and said what is out is what i have... no manners... let the lady finish her sentence... I'm gonna start shopping somewhere else... the pharmacy sucks here too..
