At this pharmacy my daughter gets her diabetic supplies. When she calls they say no problem we will fill them you can get them tomorrow cause they have to be ordered. So we wait a day and go to get them after she has gotten a phone call to tell her they are ready..we get there to pick them up and they say oh no she can’t have them they aren’t authorized by her doctor. Sometimes there not even there and they say..it will take 1-2 days to authorize and then we can order them. Diabetes is not something you can mess around with. If you needed something more when we called it in you should have said that. My daughter will be without her pump now for several days which is very bad.

I have seen all these complaints about customer service and etc. This is a really good pharmacy and very professionally run. But, like pretty much everyplace these days, they have staffing shortages. The lead person there is an excellent pharmacist called Scott. I’ve been using them for several years now, and of course there have been a few times when the medical provider and the pharmacy get some signals crossed. But that is not at all common. I know how stressful and frustrating it can be standing in a line for a long time, but my opinion is that they are doing the very best they can in today’s world. So great job Fred’s Pharmacy!

Once again I can’t afford to shop here and have no choice but to go else where. $9 for my floss makes me feel like a joke. I won’t come back, I won’t use Kroger pay anymore. I’ll shop one week and the Kroger app will show me how my items has gone $2 up in a week.

I have been standing here in line for over 15 minutes. No one has come to help me. They have helped at least 10 other people. This is not a good feeling. The pharmacy needs to learn to be more professional and customer friendly and not treat one patient better than the other and acknowledge people.Update: Every month I have to battle to get my meds refilled. No one calls me back. No messages to say their done. No auto refill even though I've signed up twice now. Same for my son's medications.I just called, and the pharmacist cut me off twice in one sentence.I will be searching for a new pharmacy ASAP.

You jump through hoops to talk to a person and they hang up on you while you’re asking a question. This happens every time. There customer service is lacking.

I think they mean well, but this pharmacy always has communication issues with every doctor that I’ve tried to use with them. I feel pressured not to call in advance to see if medications are ready because I’m received on the phone as if I’m a burden to them.I witnessed a disgruntled customer in front of me this week and the customer service that was provided by Kellie was not professional. They mean we’ll, but their systems and protocol do not make for a smooth experience.

Perpetually slow. I turned in 2 prescriptions that I was told would take 35 minutes. An hour and a half later I came back and stood waiting for someone to come to the counter so I could pick them up.I waited ten minutes and then asked if there was someone who could come help myself and the line of people that was building because no one was even at the counter and the other woman didn't dare make eye contact for fear she might have to help us.I finally gave up and left without my antibiotics and mouthwash for the tooth I just had pulled. The woman I asked for help had a condescending tone and I hate that.
