I recently switched to Fred Meyer from Walmart and I absolutely love it! I will never go back to Walmart again. FM has super friendly staff, they still have clerks, and they have a good amount of sales and deals every day. Thanks guys for being so great! ....except for that guy that gathers carts that always has the mask on... You're rude AF

This store continues to go down the hill. Always preferred good fast service over best price. Unfortunately price are high and service is not good any more. Only 2 registers open, waited in line for 15 min just to be told that keypad is not working for Apple and Google pay.

Had a very poor experience with eric, came in with two of my friends and I tossed a tiny football to my friend, eric had a little power trip and kicked us out. Guess I'll come back in a year or two if you know you know ;)

Fred myer always has what I need and a great selection of items to choose from. I don't interact with the staff often enough to comment on them but I always see the employees working hard. I come to Fred myer for produce specifically and end up leaving with more than I need.

I was trying to reach floral department since 10 am. I called several times and the phone just rang and rang. I get that they could be busy so I called customer service. They answered "please hold" in a very impatient tone. When they did answer, they didn't even let me finish talking before they transferred me to floral. I was trying to tell them that floral wasn't answering. I went through this process with them 3 times and each time they were so incredibly rude and impatient! I finally got through to floral and she was just as rude. She told me to call Lawn and garden area. Instead of transferring me to them, she just hung up! So again, I had to call back!! This was maybe the 10th time I've called now. It is now 1:15. I reach the garden center and that gentleman was very nice and patient. Answered all my questions! He is the only reason I gave them 2 stars, otherwise I would have given a 1 star.
I completely understand they could be busy, but how am I (on the phone) supposed to know that? Literally every person I talked to was horrible (except lawn and garden guy) and should find a new job if their that stressed out and rude!
