They sat me pretty quickly but I got a chair that didn’t massage, the water was scorching hot, the guy who did my toes didn’t clean up the sides, he drilled the gel off my nails so bad my nails thinned and broke on the sides so he had to round them out, he didn’t clean up the sides of my toes, the clear polish he put on isn’t even on my entire toe nail, he hardly scrubbed my feet so it doesn’t even look like I got a pedi and he rubbed one leg and foot literally did one stroke on my other leg and went and got hot towels. I also think he was working sick cus he kept coughing and had a runny nose which isn’t cool. I was hoping I found my new place since I just moved here but it was one of the poorest experiences I have had.

We're total fans of Glamour Nails! We've tried quite a few nail salons in the Treasure Valley and they are our favorite! The shop is clean and well kept. The staff is well trained and consistent in their work. They are careful and patient with my mom. We love the vibe and the conversations are always lively! Shout outs to Kim, Kimberly and Mr Hoi!

I had the BEST salon experience here. When I went it one of the nail techs was helping an old lady get her coat. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Kim made time for me to have an appointment very last minute and went way out of her way to make my nails the prettiest I have ever had them.

I've been to Glamour Nails a handful of times for full- sets of nails and pedicures. When the owner (Kim) did my nails, she often told me loudly to "relax your hands!" Like I was being scolded. My fingers are deformed from severe arthritis, and I'm not able to move my fingers like most people, so they don't "relax!" Kim was extremely insensitive and displayed ableism. Additionally, another nail tech who did my nails occasionally never spoke to me and gave off a negative vibe whenever she saw me. I always felt like a burden and not valued as a customer, so now I get my nails done elsewhere. The owners and nail techs who work for Glamour Nails should take courses to learn how to be inclusive and positively engage with customers with disabilities.

This salon is top notch. The whole team is great. I've been coming here for years and they always do a great job. It is incredibly difficult to be a service person. Some people are incredibly rude and impossible to please. Reading some of the bad reviews on here just make it more clear to me how ridiculous people can be. If you want great nails and a fun appointment come here! If not, go be square somewhere else!Service: Acrylic nails

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We showed up 10 minutes early for our appointment. However, we were not serviced for an additional half hour after our appointment. The stylist repeatedly took personal calls during our pedicure. She argued with me repeatedly over nail polish versus gel. Upsell was very aggressive and rude. Did not have enough time to get the nail art I had hoped for. After an hour and a half walked out with a basic polish. Not worth the time or the money.

Used to love it here! I had an appointment at three and she had two other clients ahead of me. She made me wait fifty minutes and still didn’t get to me. This has been a consistent behavior from this business.Service: Acrylic nails
