Signed in on the app at around 11am on 05.18.2025. The approximate wait time provided was 83 mins.
About 45 minutes later I checked the wait time again and the app said 89 minute wait. So….the wait had increased after waiting 45 minutes.
Checked wait time again and the app now says the store is closed. Google says the store is closed and no one at Great Clips is answering their business phone.
Great Clips????
More like NO CLIPS.

Five Stars – A Neighborhood Gem in North Meridian!
I’ve been going to this Great Clips location in North Meridian for about nine years now with my son, and it’s truly been a consistently great experience. The team here is always kind, professional, and they do a fantastic job with haircuts every single time.
I really appreciate how well they keep notes on how I like my haircut—it makes it so easy to come in and get exactly what I want, and if I ever want something changed, they’re quick to make it right. The atmosphere is always positive and welcoming. Several of the long-time stylists even know me by name as soon as I walk in, which speaks volumes about how much they care about their customers.
Two stylists in particular have really stood out over the years—Schlee and Tennille. They’ve both made the experience even better with their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Thank you to the whole team for your great work over the years. Keep it up—you’re doing an awesome job!

Great Clips is fine, this location is not. It's the only one where I had to go home and touch up my own hair to make things even, despite asking for corrections twice after my haircut. They want you in and out, whether they do a good job or not.

I had scheduled an appointment time online. When I arrived on time, all but one person went on break. This added one half hour to 45 minutes to my wait time. No thank you. I went to Super Cuts and a very good experience.

Schlee always gives me the perfect haircut. My hair is fine and thinning. She does a razor cut that gives me more body to my hair. She is always cheerful and pleasant. Thank you for doing an amazing job with my haircuts. I am more than satisfied.

This was by far my best experience at this location. The cut was quick, the service was amazing, and the wait time was incredibly reasonable. Would highly recommend!
Stylist: Matthew was my stylist and the single biggest reason I decided to write a review. He was authentic, funny, and a genuinely great guy, ON TOP of giving amazing service and leaving me with my favorite version of this haircut thus far that I've gotten. Thank you Matthew!

I was very impressed with the price point, booking online was efficient, cut was quick and my hair cut turned out better than some high end salons. I brought my daughter in as well and they did well with kids cut. I recommend this place and will be coming back.

I didn't get the male's name of who cut my hair, but was the only male. Worst hair cut ever! Cut more from one side than the other side and found out when I got home. And was charged $17! Plus tip? It's my second time to this place, the first time I had a good hair cut done by a young lady and payed $12. This time I downloaded their aap and made reservation because it offered me $9.99 hair cut. They will never see me again and wouldn't recommend this business.

Me and my wife stopped by for a hair cut. We where glad we where able to get our hair cuts quickly within 15 minutes. Our hair cuts where done right at a reasonable price.

This is a good place to come for little kids. My older kids have had about a 70% success rate for their haircuts. You can check in online, and it's nice they text you when you have 15 minutes til your appointment. You have to have hours to wait though. Several times it said we'd be up in about 45 minutes, only for it to take 2 hours.
