Great Floors was the best price with the most helpful salesperson being Greg. I cannot recommend using them enough. Ryan was my installer and he was fantastic! Again cannot recommend him more. Using them solved my flooring problem in the fastest way possible and I am so happy!

The salesman, Shawn Heim, kept me informed as to when the floor products were to arrive and had an installation date arranged as soon as possible. I was impressed with Shawn and was great to work with.
The installation team was NW Projects, LLC. The three men were excellent at installing the flooring. They were very detailed and made sure it was done correctly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.
The store also has a wonderful receptionist. She is a huge asset to the company. She greats people immediately and is very welcoming. She assists customers in any way she can.
I will certainly use Great Floors in the future for any flooring needs.

Would definitely recommend Great Floors for your treatments/shades to anyone looking for quality design and installation from beginning to end at a reasonable price. We worked with Meghi during the entire installation and she was great. She answered all questions, no matter how small and followed up after the job was completed to check on the entire experience.

He is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of home improvement and is always available to help. The products they carry are high quality and their installers take pride in their work. My clients are shocked that the quotes Asgar gives always beat what they have been quoted by competitors . I have been using Great Floors for years and have never been disappointed. Meghi was incredibly helpful with our blind purchase. We had 2 windows that needed blinds, one for privacy and one for a finished look. Meghi worked with us to get colors and styles that fit our aesthetic and budget. Her communication was great throughout the process. Highly recommend her for any project.

We recently had our shower remodeled and needed to have flooring installed in a small space. We asked Erik and Anna at Great Floors for assistance. After a few days, our existing flooring was identified and we made an appointment to have the new flooring installed. The installer arrived early and only took about 1.5 hours to do the installation. They left the area clean and looking great. The communication was also excellent. Thank you.

We had an excellent experience working with Shawn Heim and the team at Great Floors Meridian.
Shawn delivered outstanding customer service, guiding us in selecting the right flooring, maintaining prompt and professional communication throughout, and ensuring the project was completed to the highest standard.
The installation team also performed exceptionally well, demonstrating professionalism and great attention to detail.
We plan to replace our cabinets and countertops next year, and we will confidently return to Great Floors for the project, knowing we can trust them to deliver quality results once again.

I had a great experience with Great Floors! Greg helped me find an LVP option that matched my budget and color preferences on the first visit, and ordering was quick and easy after the measurement. The install team, led by Santiago, did a fast and professional job. Everyone I worked with was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Great Floors for any flooring upgrades!

Walked in and 5 minutes later walked out. Looking for LVP for hydro radiant floor heating. Gal at front desk showed me the section of flooring but couldn’t answer my questions and if she did she said “I would assume so”. No offer from her to get an answer and basically just walked away. NO SERVICE from sales staff. Too bad!

Beyond disappointed at the current situation.
1)Flooring went bad at the new house and Justin has been great communicating the replacement
2)New flooring arrived and we were asked to provide dates to schedule the tear out and install
3)No one communicated with us and the dates provided meant nothing.
4)No one showed up on the dates we were told
5)Finally someone showed up 5 days after the date we were given.
6)5/28/24 Plumber showed up at 7:30 and was super great
7)5/28/24 Flooring guys showed up over 5 hours later than they said they would arrive.
8)5/28/24 Flooring installer turned the ring camera so that no one could watch our home while they were there.
Great floors is a huge company that is capable of doing great things, but the company has disappointed us beyond repair. The installers have betrayed our trust and then had the audacity to argue with my mother-in-law about how they didn't want to be watched. The company failed to communicate many times and when we did communicate, they didn't take in account our schedules as nurses working long days clustered together.
I want to be contacted by corporate ASAP and I will absolutely be stopping in the store to speak with the manager too.

We had laminate flooring installed in our living room and hall way. The result was excellent.
Jonathan was the sales rep. He showed us several samples and was very patient as we selected from multiple choices. Jonathan also carefully measured the flooring so that it would match our existing tile.
Jacob and his crew installed the actual floor. He did a great job. Ask for him when having your floor installed.

We had Great Floors (Meridian, Id) replace our kitchen floor, down the hallway and I to the powder bath.
Judy was very helpful and over time we probably had at least 8 different samples laying on our old floor as we tried to figure out what we wanted. It took over a week to figure it out but she was very patient as we picked through samples and choices.
J&J Floor Covering came to do the install. They quickly identified that the reason Great Floors had planned leveler was solvable y sanding a hump in my kitchen. They turned a 2 day install into 1 day because of their expertise. They also insulated new wooden baseboards all around.
I love my new floorand couldn't be happier.
We have some product left over, but that is great to have on hand should we need any repair down the road.
