We made a point of arriving 15 minutes before the hour so we could watch the synchronized fountain/music show. Ordered a 16" pizza, whi h was good. I left my purse hanging on the chair, but called them right away when I got home. Drove back and they had stored it in a cabinet safe and sound. Thanks, guys!!

Went to Grimaldi's with family and ordered three pizzas. We waited an hour and they had not even started our order yet, even though the restaurant wasn't at full capacity or anything. We ended up leaving still not having gotten any food. Not even breadsticks just to serve as a starter, they didn't even offer it until we'd asked several times about how much longer the food would take.

Sat there for 45 minutes with 7 adults and 3 young kids. Only saw our server once. Finally discovered they hadn't even started making our pizzas yet! Not that busy in the restaurant, but no one around us had their food either. Many pizzas being picked up for take out. I guess they only want take out business. I'll never know if their pizza is good. We left. Won't be back.

Our staff who waited on us was amazing but management needs a check. You can tell who is in management and they treat their staff horribly. Rolling of eyes and rude in front of customers. All the staff is amazing but management needs to get off their high horse.

Great pizza and cheesecake. We had the bartender for our sever but seated far from the bar. Staff was good though. Enjoyed watching our dough being tossed and put into the oven.

Best, most authentic NY pizza in the Boise Area. Clean atmosphere, great staff, amazing pizza. We will just keep going back time and again.

Me and my wife love this pizza place and go about once a month. Atmosphere is nice, and sitting outside is great if the weather is good. Pizza is great tasting imo. Careful if you go around 6pm it is popular and can have a bit of a wait.

Hands down some of the best things crust pizza around. Salads are amazing and two people can easily share. Simple menu done well. Staff is always friendly and professional.
