Wink, Melissa, and team were top notch in helping me create my forever 3 stone e-ring upgrade. Communication was stellar from start to finish and Melissa was instrumental on all the major and small details I would never have thought of myself. The CADs were very helpful in “seeing” my ring and the possible choices in side stones and prong style. The final product is beautiful and everything I imagined in my head. While we were not remaking the wheel, it is all the fine details like the angles of the stones in relation to each other, ring height off of the finger, sizing, the exquisite polish, etc., that makes my ring and the experience of working with HP Diamonds amazing. Do not hesitate to work with them because they’re an online retailer. Trust in their experience. I will definitely be working with them again!

I have purchased a diamond ring for myself with 1.3 ct E vs2 center diamond and everything was amazing.
The diamond: I couldn’t be happier about the diamond. I have had a 1.0x ct E IF GIA triple excellent and have purchased another 2 F color a cut above from white flash before. So I don’t just say “this diamond is amazing” to just about any diamond. This one is definitely different from the GIA triple excellent that I own that also exhibits heart and arrow shape when looked through a heart and arrow scope. Its sparkles are so strong that even when the diamond is somewhat greased by my daily use without cleaning for over a week, it still sparkles very nicely. The fire is really different, both the frequency and the intensity. For me it’s worth it.
I saw in some youtube video, the CBI diamonds can appear darker in some lighting environments than other diamonds which can draw many people who like bright looking diamonds away and I was worried about that myself too. But after receiving the diamond and seeing it in many different light settings, I made my own conclusion that the white looking diamond, at least the one that I have, is just nicely and blandly white. It doesn’t sparkle as much. But the CBI diamond can appear a little darker with nice sparkles which actually looks nicer. And it actually makes you feel it looks dark only in the photo or video. In real life I only feel that it’s so pretty.
The ring: The ring is also beautiful. the craftsmanship is amazing. I am reluctant at first to buy this pave ring because when the melee diamonds are so small, sometimes they don’t look nice at all for some reasons. Like maybe the diamonds are not so white compared to the center diamond or they don’t sparkle or or maybe it’s just the craftsmanship. But I want my ring to be very small so I’m afraid it won’t come out nicely. This ring is just perfect. Despite the delicate thickness of the ring and the melee diamonds, it came out very nicely, looking very nice and bright.
The service: The service is great. Melissa took care of me and her answer to my questions were always lengthy and thorough. She really put a lot of effort in my order and gave me a lot of recommendations. Mr Wink, the owner, was also CC'ed in every conversation and I can easily ask him questions, which he promptly replied.
Overall, it’s a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for an impressive engagement ring. This will definitely impress. I couldn’t ask for more.

The purchase experience from beginning to end was professional, pleasant and wonderful. Quick reply to questions and messages, fast shipping, and beautifully packed items with tools to view and clean the diamonds with. This is the first super ideal diamond I own and I can definitely already see the difference right away with naked eye when I opened the box. The setting is also extremely well made. Editing to add that I've had another phenomenal experience with HPD. Melissa is a sales professional beyond any other I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She really listens and cares. Wink is the consummate professional. I hope to do more business with them again soon.

Tremendous experience working with Layla and Wink. I researched and spoke with others that offer product on the same level as HPD, but HPD’s service blows them out of the water. 11/10 would absolutely come back to them for all my diamond needs.

I've received the earrings finally!
I've put on the earrings immediately and walked around inside the house, outside in the sun, and in the shade. The earrings look truely wonderful and the diamonds really have more fire, more sparkle and more life. Also, the design and the craftsmanship of the earrings exceeded my expectation.
When I looked into the two main stones with the ASET scope, I also saw those little diamonds with eight arrows. Really amazing.
The ASET, ideal scope and jeweler's loupe are great tools. I've used them to examine the diamonds I'd bought from other sources before I got to know the High Performance Diamond. Although they are of good quality, none of them can measure up with my new Crafted by Infinity diamonds as far as the cut is concerned.
My sincere thanks also goes to Melissa for making so helpful buying advice and support.

I found High Performance Diamonds while looking for reviews of other online retailers. My husband had ordered from each of two other retailers as an anniversary gift. He wanted me to pick so I was looking for reviews about the quality and value of each retailer. When I found a review for High Performance Diamonds I took a look out of curiousity and found that they had a ring identical to one of the ones my husband had ordered for a much more reasonable price. I immediately reached out to HP through their chat interface and asked if I was missing something and they said no, they just didn't run sales so their prices weren't marked up to allow for discounts. From there it was a no brainer. I phoned my husband and told him to cancel the other rings and I ordered the same style ring, with 25% bigger diamonds and a superior cut for only very slightly more.
They were extremely pleasant and helpful to deal with and answered any questions immediately. When I a little hiccup with delivery they answered me even though it was obnoxiously early in the morning their time.
And finally my ring is really, really beautiful. I couldn't be happier with it. I absolutely would order from them again.

Truly amazing experience! Wink and Layla were so kind and accommodating throughout the entire process! Customer service like theirs seems like a thing of the past, but this process gave me hope that there are still some wonderful and truthful companies out there! Yes, their prices are more than you would pay in chain jewelry stores but that is like comparing a bicycle to a Ferrari...both will get you from point A to point B but that is about all that is in common. I would not hesitate to purchase from them! They do not try to upsell you and will work with your budget, even suggesting things below your budget! I highly recommend High Performance Diamonds. Give them a try-you will not be disappointed :)

If you are looking for the absolute best in a round brilliant diamond you should stop your search and contact Wink and his team immediately!! I had the pleasure of viewing two stunning, completely eye clean SI2 stones and can say without hesitation that they BY FAR blow any other competitors out of the water. The scintillation and fire on those babies was just unbelievable. For additional reviews w/pics and videos head on over to Pricescope! You will not be disappointed, and the upgrade/buyback policy cannot be beat. I'm planning on getting one for my Mom soon. I was also very impressed with the level of customer service; I worked with Layla and she went above and beyond to help me in my diamond stud search, including by providing input and suggestions relating to fancy cut diamonds, which HPD does not sell. I highly doubt you will find that level of commitment to making the customer happy anywhere else. So seriously - check them out!

I had the BEST experience with HPD. From my first call to my months of correspondences with the wonderful staff at HPD, I was continually impressed with their customer service, availability, thoughtfulness, helpfulness, expertise, the list goes on. They sent several diamonds for me to view to a local appraisers office as well as to my house. There were months of emails, calls, and texts at all hours as I tried to find the perfect stone and I couldn’t get over how responsive and caring and knowledgeable they were. They had my best interest in mind 100% of the time. I never felt at all pressured and they were patient and thoughtful and generous. Every single diamond I viewed was amazing (that is an understatement) and I now understand why the CBI brand is so consistent. I really couldn’t have had a better experience with them from finding the perfect diamond to their careful listening and responding to my detailed custom setting design requests. I HIGHLY recommend HPD and I can’t wait to work with them again on other projects down the road.
