Good product, poor customer service. Had some custom framing done and when I went to pay at the store, I didn’t have a physical card and was told Apple Pay wasn’t available. There was no accommodation made to enter a credit card number manually or charge it online so I could use Apple Pay. Instead, I have to waste a ton of time because this store and/or company is stuck in the dark ages of payment methods. Will be going somewhere more convenient next time.

This store has really gone downhill, it feels like a glorified dollar store or Kmart now. I'm not sure if they changed managers or what's going on but it's just awful. Very junky cheap looking.

I went as an errand for my fiancé and I must have had the "deer in headlights," look when I walked in. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

All the aisles are wide and easy to maneuver. This is important to me as I am handicapped and have to use a walker or mobility chair.

They desperately need self checkout or a more streamlined checkout process. The workers are generally very nice but move so slow. It doesn't help that Hobby Lobby makes them input each price manually either.

This has got to be the worst store in all of Idaho, always understaffed at the register. They do not care how long you stand in a line waiting and waiting to cash out. It’s almost as if they’re affiliated with Winco understaffed the registers let the people waste their time in line
