I moved all of my banking over to them after difficulties with a competitor. When moving my auto loan I was clear that I didn't want other charges such as life insurance or gap on the policy. Months have gone by and I have now noticed that they put those other costs on despite my instructions. You shouldn't need an attorney to keep your local bank from practicing predatory lending. I'm sure they will post a reply that this complaint has been forwarded and then I will hear nothing from the bank themselves.

Worst bank I've ever gone through in my entire life. Poor customer service, employees with servers attitude problems. The card block feature is bogus, it does absolutely nothing and they won't dispute any charges, poor explanation of card block feature. DO NOT USE THIS BANK! Go anywhere else.

Problems registering account online. Tried chat online, then called. Took 3 tries to get answered then on hold 10 minutes. Then they put me on hold to try to solve problem, another 10 minutes on hold then they say they have someone to help and hang up on me. When they call back they say someone will have to call you back. Guess what no one called back. Went to Cherry Lane location. Go sit in waiting area with six other people(all waiting for help) and we will get someone to you. They grew to fast and didn't remember customer service needs to come first. Get different people ever time we visit. We are looking for new credit union/bank.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Malissa! It all started through a video call that turned into an amazing in person experience. I have transfered over to ICCU fully and whole heartedly can say I trust them with all my finances! If you've been thinking about switching, DO SO! You won't regret it. They are here to help you succeed and be on your side. So thankful and appreciative of ICCU and all they have to offer!

Out would be 5 stars if it weren't for the enormous drag factor of the "team" at the Cherry branch. Don't go to the Cherry branch. I never had any problem or negative experience until the time I was forced in a pinch to go to this branch. The customer service is non-existent and no matter who you are, they will treat you as if you are scum. Drive the extra distance and go to the Linder or Ustick branches. Don't waste your time at the Cherry branch. You'll only regret it.

Over 15 years a customer. 2 car loans both paid off on time and early. 2 mortgages, 1 paid off one and another (which was worse to get from them than the Spanish inquisition) is current. I tried to get it refinanced last year... Not enough income because they didn't want to count any earning or payroll from our 5 year old business. They did, however, send me a notice that my mortgage would increase $500/month due to interest rates last month. The straw... have a material amount of money in my account and they put a hold on a check that we wrote from another bank account for aprox. $2,000. I call. They said it was policy. They didn't fix it. My policy is that they will be giving out less loans because I will be closing my 10 accounts with them because 15 years, a large balance and flawless record doesn't mean anything to this neighborhood bank anymore.

Painless and enjoyable experience opening up a new account. Kendall is very personable and easy to work with. The tellers seem friendly. So far so good and better than expected.

I am sure this credit union is working for some people, but this is one that will never have my business.We recently moved here and I am looking for a place to bank as I like to support local. This branch is also less than 2 mules from my house.At first I wrote a message on their website and after not hearing back for 48 hours I called them. I was told that we dont make appointments and there is always someone at the branch to help you with opening business account. So, I stop by the next day at 3pm and the only person who is able to help me is at lunch. I was told they should be back in 45 min.I come back shortly after 5and now told that its not enough time to open an account.Just feel like these people not only don’t appreciate my time, they cant convey the information properly either. Appears like they dont need any new business, so they certainly will not have mine.

We brought a serious concern to ICCU, regarding scam in the sum of $7K, for a "Covid Relief Fund", in which happened to our son. No one is willing to help even though any fraud over $5K is a felony mind you. I have the persons name who committed this scam. They don't care. As a family we will eventually pull everything out of this CU. You are number.

Not only is ICCU the absolute best Bank/Credit Union in the U.S. but this is by far my favorite branch. I'm local to Idaho and I left for Portland for 7 years. I never left ICCU due to how easily you can handle your banking needs online and on the app. Now that I'm back in Idaho, out of the 4-5 branches I have gone to, this is by far the best branch in Idaho. I am greeted the moment I walk in, no matter how busy it is. I would say 9 times out of 10 its not just a greeting, it's a, "Hello Eric! We will be with you in just a moment" They know me and I feel that they truly care. They are the Nordstrom of banking.

What a joke this bank is. If you go in and want to withdraw your money they grill you. I have been ask if it's for a business I have been ask what I need it for. It shouldn't matter if I want it on hundreds or Penny's it's my money and my own business what it's for. GOOD BYE

Love the drive thru! I had no issues with the ATM & the driveway was wide enough 4 my vehicle as well. With a newborn, I have a renewed love for all things curbside and drive thru, esp in the snow & winter, so thank you very much from a mother who'd rather stay cozy & warm in her vehicle than park, grab a stroller, etc. I appreciate you!
