Disappointing experience. The staff often seem unsure or uninformed, even with basic banking questions such as replacing a debit card…It’s so frustrating, I hope they improve staff training and customer support.

Never had any issues with this bank! Love that they print debit cards right on site and have a notary on site also- and the best thing- they don’t charge for notary services! Plenty of staff every time I go in and they are always friendly.

I've been a member for about 6 years. Unlike the majority of businesses, when they greet you it's sincere, not fake and forced. They provided a specialist to guide me through enrolling into Medicare. I'm unable to build any kind of savings, but I still get treated like a millionaire!

At the time of writing this, ICCU has changed their terms of service, but up until a couple of days ago, they prohibited their customers from using their money to buy items that are 100% legal. Firearms, ammunition, knives, alimony payments, and a multitude of other bizarre things.
Steer clear of this institution. The only reason this credit union exists, is because of the people that choose to do their business there. Don't tell your customers what they can and can't spend their hard earned money on. Un-American company.

there new agreement is bag for Americans. they have the right to cancel any firearms, ammo, weapons transactions. There’s no more good banks. I’ll be closing my accounts with ICCU.

Reply at bottom.Doing a balance transfer apparently is much more difficult at iccu than it is at other institutions. Not sure why a 5 min task is so difficult. 4 of my other institutions can do this no problem. AR branches, over the phone, email and even text. I WAS UNAWARE IT WAS THIS DIFFICULT AT ICCU TO GIVE YOU MONEY.Edit: I went to a 3rd branch. Know what I found? An intelligent, helpful, kind and competent young woman. Who comfirmed this is a 5 min task. You guys truly are incompetent at this location.

This place is excellent, it always has excellent attention from the people who work here, something that I must admit is that they are very patient on weekends or difficult days when there are many clients waiting because they are days of the week that they attend. many to carry out their pending tasks. Then clients take a lot of time ⏱️ from them in their movements, sometimes they must be very patient and explain to each one until they solve and servile in their details, that is very good because no matter what happens and no matter how long it takes. It takes them to do it, they manage to help everyone with all their questions and they are very friendly and that is something very admirable. I hope they are like that and don't change the service.
