Terrible place, the doctor I saw didn’t even look at me the entire appointment all he did was focus on his laptop. Gave me a prescription for something that was a direct interaction with another medication I take and didn’t even try to make sure I understood what the treatment plan was going forward. Not paying for services I didn’t receive. Please do better.

Hands down the best Clinic I have ever had the opportunity to help me through my struggles with chronic lower back pain. For the past three years, Dr. Mark Harris, along side his office and surgical teams, plus office personnel, helped me immensely dealing with unrealistic pain. This team is, hands down, caring and willing to make sure I am well taken care of. I cannot thank them enough!

If there is any way you can avoid this office at all costs please do. After waiting 7 weeks to get an appointment I arrived 9:02 for my 9:00 visit I was cancelled due to being late. After some discussion Dr Williams agrees to see me only to tell me they don’t perform the procedure I was referred there for initially. So in true IPM&R he prescribed some nerve medication that has been around since the late 60’s. Moreover, he “promised” to refer me to another office that may help. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven’t heard back yet and don’t expect to. The most unprofessional medical clinic I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. For what it’s worth I was shot 5 years ago and am a paraplegic and double leg amputee and have had 38 surgeries as a result so I’ve seen a few doctors. All I can say is enter at your own risk. Good luck, I just wish I could give this place a negative 5 stars.

Dr Williams is one of the kindest, most professional, knowledgeable doctors. He works very hard but takes the time to listen intentionally. He gives exceptional care to his patients and I cannot recommend him enough.

I just received my 4th steroid shot in my back(L4-5) from Idaho Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Each of the four shots have been successful and have given me significant relief over the years. They are very knowledgeable and welcoming. I highly recommend them!

The surgical center staff are caring, professional, and treated me with dignity. I have been seeing Dr. Harris for almost 3 years to address my back pain. Over the years he has gotten to know me and my husband which is important when addressing chronic pain. He's stuck with me while I have tried all the conservative tx measures including and not limited to 2 ESI's, a TF inj, and diagnostic procedures to determine if an MBB is appropriate. When I waited 4 months for a neurosurgical consult and the recommendations were to try options we've already tried for over 2+ years he agreed and is supportive that a 2nd opinion is appropriate. He appreciates that my husband attends appointments and that we ask questions as having knowledge helps with the patient/physician relationship. He understands that frustration comes with pain and I have been willing to try all the consevative treatments to heal. I am fortunate Dr. Harris and his team (office & surgical center) are professional, empathetic, supportive, and work together to provide patient centered care.

If you have chronic back pain don't go here. Dr. Kurt Mildenstein is the worst pain Dr. ever. I have been to quite a few in the pass 10 year's. He has no compassion or patient communication skills. He is all about the money and not how the patient is doing. He is very arrogant. So please don't put yourself thru the emotional pain.Ian

If it was possible to give that office zero stars I would. Dr Williams was horrible. His admitted mis-reading of my medical file resulted in a coordinated effort between the front office staff, the office manager and him to mistakenly abandon my care and dodge any and all calls for help. This resulted in a week in the ER and a near death experience for me - yea! A full month after I stopped trying to get any response from that office, Dr Williams, realizing his mistake, called to admit he made a mistake, that he had mis-read the file, apologized and asked me to stay on with him. I reluctantly agreed to at least meet to discuss what happened before we could move on. Then, realizing the potential consequences of his inaction, he had their office manager call and fire me as a patient the very next day. Overall, worst medical group ever!!!

Dr. Mildenstein’s office is always clean and professional. I’ve spent the majority of time in the surgery center. My favorite staff member is Sasha. She goes out of her way to make sure you are respected and comfortable. Procedures can always be scary the receptionist Jessica is always cheerful and really helps me to feel more secure before I go back. Everyone is always the right balance of professional and fun. They have the best apple juice in town for when you get out of the OR ;) couldn’t put your trust in a better place.

Nichole at the front desk is truly awesome! She is always cheerful and professional and I’ve been to/seen a lot of doctors over the years and she is by far the best!

This Doctor office is the most efficient place I have ever been! I have yet had to wait more than 5 to 7 minutes before I am seen. Dr. Gussman is thorough and very helpful.

They are absolutely amazing . I was seeing Dr Quattrone before she retired and she was so kind, helpful and caring . Now I am seeing Dr Barrs and Dr Maxwell. I’ve only seen them a couple times but they are just as amazing . They truly care about their patients and you can tell by how they care for you. I had surgery and needed to see them asap due to the hospital dr only prescribing 3 days worth of meds and Dr Maxwell made sure I got an appointment asap and even did a telehealth to make sure I was comfortable . If I could give them 100 stars I would! Thank you guys for everything !

Not too happy with this place. After months of tests, MRIs, office visits, spending thousands of dollars, I am told that they have absolutely no idea what the issue is. So I spent all this money to have the same knowledge I had 1 year ago and have no resolution to my issue. Also, instead of calling me and telling me on the phone, they proceed to make me come in to give me the news in person so they can charge me for an office visit. Wow....

This place is challenging to get items scheduled. Worst part is the phone etiquette for service. The Receptionist is the face of most practices, rudeness with no compassion has no place in your field. Suggestion: staff meeting on what service is:)

This was m the best experience with a pain management team. During my many experiences with pain management teams, I have never found a better team to work with. From the receptionist who was professional and friendly, the nurse (Tammy), and the nurse who greeted me and checked my information, and the doctor, they were all deserving a five star rating and they communicated they wanted what was best for me. They also showed friendly and caring mindset in every endeavor. They truly are a great team to work with in dealing with my medical condition.Tim
