Would have been a 1 star if not for the single serve restrooms. First let me say I pretty much use Jacksons/Extra Mile exclusively. I like the founders mission statement n the fact that its a local business. That being said, I usually frequent the Jacksons (now Extra Mile) on Franklin/Linder because they have a super professional staff who are friendly and always go that extra mile, no pun intended. The Ten Mile location could learn a lesson from those associates. I dont use this location very often because most of (not all) the associates are pods. My latest encounter involved a hagraven named Amber. If youre gonna put someone like this in a POS position, you should make sure they understand the concept of customer service and how its implemented. The transaction started average enough but the end of a transaction should have involved something other than a scowl n silence, especially when the patron says thank you. Maybe she was vexed because I asked for cash back during my purchase n took most of her 5s. It was only $20, which is all they allow.

RV wash is not much powerful than a garden hose and is over priced. Not worth the drive all the way out there.

First time visiting and saw the growler filing station. I ordered a growler of Fast Eddie's Red Ale. Think of a cross between Dos XX amber and Killian's. A very good ale. Rhe place was very busy but the young crew was friendly and efficient. I recommend the Meridian, ID store.

Great location, the workers here are friendly and always keep the line moving which makes for a quick and easy stop for gas and snacks, also always open. You guys rock!

Staff at the Ten Mile store was very rude and far from professional. Myself plus three other vehicles sat at the drive through with no assistance for 15 minutes. When I went inside to get what I came for, I informed the person at the register that there were many people in the drive through waiting for service (honking and angry) he stated that the people in the drive through had legs (implying they can walk in). When I called to speak with a manager the woman on the phone stated that they don't have a manager. I went on to explain to her what had happened. She stated she was standing there the entire time and that the man at the register didn't say what I said he had. I will continue to call until I can speak with a higher up. Customer service is key if you want to run a good business!

I went into this Jackson's this morning because I have there new reward card. There is an app for the reward program and it tab on it with coupons. I wanted to use a coupon for 4 packs of licorice for $5. The lady at the register had no idea what she was doing with the reward program at all. After scanning the licorice and my card she handed me the licorice and said it was free. I told here there was no way but she said she used my reward points? So she got irritated and called her boss over. They both then proceeded to tell me that I needed to be patient while they figure it out because the program is new. After the manager looked at the receipt he found outthe card worked perfectly and I owed them $5 and it was good.
They need to train there staff better!
If I didn't say anything the poor ladies till would have been $5.30 short👌👌👌
