Store #9 in Payette ID. The store manager Joey never hesitates to help me out. I use a wheelchair and pumping gas is something I really can't do on my own. This is my favorite store because of his readiness and positive attitude. Thank-you Jackson's for hiring the best!

I just called the corporate office to report that some stores are selling expired products and are covering up the old date with new ones, and was hung up on. What a joke,, I guess they don't care if people get sick.

Your beer selection sucks! Gas is priced higher than most. No reason to ever return! Born and raised local! You lost my business and we all know unsatisfied customers tell everyone they know! It’s like the sad cousin and a lot of Budweiser.

Joey and the team at store 9 in Payette are the best. The store is clean the staff are friendly and accommodating. Joey helped me download the Jackson app and I saved $1 dollar a gallon 3x it was amazing. I will go out of my way to make sure that my gas and goodie stop is always here.

So-so stores. I always stop at a Maverick store if one is nearby. Mavericks have a much larger selection and in-store food preparation, sandwiches, taco’s and much cheaper.

This company used to a great company. They’ve gotten way to big for their operations. They keep buying all these independent stores and expect them to run how Jackson’s wants. But, when they send in ONE employee into a dive store to help run it as an assistant manager (who has done nothing but be loyal to them for 10 years!) gets fired for asking for help. I asked Gary Lyman the District Manager then Katie Scott the RM and finally I asked Jill Linville Vice President of Operations for help. I didn’t get a single answer from either of them! Then I got demoted for asking for a raise because the store manager wasn’t getting it after another manager trained her for three weeks. I was having to help the store manager with her job PLUS basically try to get that store to Jacksons standards. Also part of the demotion was because I was saying bad things to the public about that store on how bad it is and the staff….but, it truly wasn’t me. I’ve told a lot of people about what I went through and I keep getting told, “well I heard from the manager who helped train that it’s a gross store and that he didn’t even want to be out there.” I didn’t write this because I’m mad or upset because I was fired. I wrote this because it’s true!
