I would not recommend using them. It took 6 months to get my son's letterman's jacket and we are still waiting for the emblems. We have placed many phone calls and sent many emails with no reply. Went to the physical location during posted store hours only to find they were closed. We did finally get the jacket back, but my son's name was spelled wrong. Went back over and they said they would take care of it by the end of the week last week. Called today and they said it would be another three weeks. So much for my son having his senior pictures in his letterman's jacket. Ask for our money back.

Horrible customer service. I started the process of a letterman jacket in March of 2023 it is now July of 2023 and I can't get anyone to return my calls or emails. My suggestion is to find another option. They should not be allowed to do business.

This place is a joke. Tried to email in regards to our order, we got an auto reply. No call back. No one answering the phone during business hours. Order was missing cap and gown, and shirts were the wrong size. Tassel was supposed be given at the school at the time of the order. Some kids got them, others didn't.

It takes two months to receive the proof. I replied immediately on April 2nd. I followed up a week later, and I was promised the proof to be sent back that day. I still haven't received the email. I called and email, no response. We are going on three months now.

For having to rely on this company to order your student's cap and gown for graduation, this has to be the worst possible option out there. I've called twice and both times spoken with two different people but received the same horrible customer service. Snotty, rude, as if you are bothering them by being a customer. Weird. They must think that because they have something you need, offering quality customer service isn't necessary. It is NOT a pleasure to do business with Josten.

They have repeatedly lied to us about our order. We now don't have it for Christmas. There is no one in that office who knows anything. I plan to get corporate involved. Ridiculous!
