An absolute disaster of a bank. Service is zero even at local and escalated top levels. Lies and lies on callbacks from the top down. All trust lost after 11.months without solution to serious issues. There was a time 15 yrs ago they were so good. No longer. Unfortunately very hard to move mutiple account but will be soon. Figure they will be out of biz soon enough and won't stick around for that. Run ?♀️ fast from this one.

Stay away from this office/branch. My card was mysteriously cancelled today 2/13 from this branch without my consent!Friday 2/10. Went in to increase my limit for atm withdrawals.He (Joe) told me I had to change my account type to a different level in order to increase my limit. I thought that was very strange. He later called and told me that they didn't need to change my account to increase my limit and that he changed it to the amount I requested. Very odd.

We have been with Key Bank for over 30 years. Since the pandemic, the customer service is nil. I can't even talk to some one at my branch, to order checks. When I go in to cash a check, there are no longer tellers, just a handful of people at desks. I am disappointed in not being able to reach the branch. Is it too much to ask that you have some one available to answer calls?I left a message, but that is not the same as talking to a person. Now I wait for the run around.Erlene F

Wow! I'm reading some terrible reviews, but I've had my account with Key Bank for seven years and they have been wonderful from day one. I used to be a bank teller in Utah and have had accounts at almost every major bank, and I can honestly say this is the best bank I've dealt with, ever. They have been so awesome and have gone beyond what any other bank would do when I had a problem with some kind of hackers breaking into my account. I will stay with Key Bank forever!

I'm not ok with this branch I'm using a other name initially cause I'm terrified of the branch employee.When he came out of his office rudely he said who next I forgot his name but I know he had a office with a door and it was across the cubical next too main bank door. When I was in his office he was Nothing but rude.Keybank please fix this or I'll report it too cooperate HQ.

Alin, at Overland Key Bank in Meridian was so great to work with. My dog had chewed off corner of a hundred dollar bill. I took to my key bank on Fairview and Locust Grove and gray haired lady looked at it and said she wouldn’t take it and to mail to treasure!!! I told her I have been with key bank over 30 years!! I asked for address for treasure and she told me to google it under gov.com. I was very upset. Left and I then called another key bank and Alin checked with his manager and was happy to exchange for another hundred dollar bill because less than 85 percentile chewed bill was missing and he said he would send to treasure. Exceptional customer service!! Thank you Alin!!!! That bank will be where I go from now on!!

I believe her name is Abbey? She has red hair and huge attitude. I have gone in the branch to cash a check (don't have an account with them) and she was rude to not only myself but my children. I have gone in another time to do a deposit for work and she rolled her eyes, sighed heavily and was very much annoyed that I was depositing checks for my employer who has multiple accounts there. If you're unhappy with your job you should find something you love. But do not continue to make me feel I am bothering you by simply coming in to deposit in an account within the branch. Both interactions with her were beyond unpleasant.

This is the absolute worst bank I've ever been to. Many of the Key Bank branches are terrible... this one is awful. Waited 12 minutes in drive thru after sending a $45 check for deposit. No apology. But this is or for Key Bank. Free advertising for my lifetime. This happens every visit. If I didn't HAVE to deposit here for work, I'd never be back.

Wow, yelp isn't much better than the bank. I wrote a review and said post it, and it disappeared. So, starting over. This branch is not good. No people skills and they put my money in the wrong account a week ago and did it with a frown and a grumpy teller who was not willing to share information that would have avoided this mistake. I'd suggest another bank, if not another branch.
