Second bad experience. Employees intentionally did not process my buy because I said that I was going to wait on store. Over 2 HOURS later they bought a handful of items. It seemed as though they had no understanding of what waiting with kids is like.Do yourself a favor and go to Kid to Kid! They are great there! Friendly staff and process so quickly!

Amazing selection of gently used baby gear and clothing. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years and it's my favorite children's store especially for winter gear, pretty dresses, infant clothing and gear, and Halloween costumes.

Absolutely love this store! I get the majority of my kids’ clothing here. I always find great stuff for the wide range of ages I have. And I love taking things in for store credit and then shopping!

I love shopping at Kidz Again!! I can be in there for hours by myself! My kids get pretty tired of shopping so we can be in there for a limit of an hour before they start acting out so bad. The prices are spectacular! The items they sell and take in are slightly used and sooo cute!!They also have plenty of clothes from Costco at half prices! And when you turn stuff in, you can either take cash or a more amount of in-store credit! It doesn't even feel like I'm buying "hand-me-downs"! Get to shopping, Mom's!

I love this place! I’d say about half my kids clothes are from here. I live in Utah and come here whenever I am visiting. I love that they have really good quality items. No damage or stains to anything!

Always love going here and it's our first stop for kids shopping. I'm alway so pleased with the amount of clothes I get for the price each time and I love how clean it feels.

I used to love this store, prices were great and they would actually take items you were selling, now all it seems like is that they want name brand clothing and prices are ridiculous I found an outfit I bought for my son brand new at Walmart and it was only a dollar cheaper! I took in 2 bags of clothes and a big box and they took maybe 5 items even tho they were all in great condition! Also have had my credit used by someone else that wasn’t me a few times! The only thing here that is worth going back for is shoes!

Their trade in is very cheap but they also sell clothes very cheap so it is worth it.

I bought $50 worth of clothes for my daughter and was very happy with my purchase. However when I got home and began cutting off the tags the fragrance on the clothes was so strong that my throat was getting sore and my eyes and nose were running. I washed the clothes thru the laundry 3 times and the fragrance was still triggering my allergies. I've never had such a strong reaction to a fragrance before. Not just within 5 minutes of snipping off tabs. I ended up just giving them away on Facebook with a warning that they were not allergy friendly. I also found the motto " prices moms love" to be very insensitive to primary caregivers who aren't mothers such as dads, uncle's, grandparents etc.

Wide variety of kids things at reasonable prices. Ton of clothes and lots of toys. Trade your used stuff in.

The store is spacious and clean, and the bathrooms are clean too which is so nice! But most of the products are new stuff. A lot of the "new" items are not a good deal or good quality. I really prefer to buy used which is why I shop consignment! I would love to see a 50c or $1 rack with less-than-perfect items, rather than so much new stuff. It's worth the visit though! I found a lot of cute used things!
