Christina was awesome! Best stick I've had in a very long time. She went out of her way to make me comfortable, as I have a history of fainting. I'll definitely be coming back to this location for future draws

Becca was professional, extremely qualified , an amazing person, and totally on point with procedures for this test & the paperwork. It's extremely hard to get medical professionals in Idaho to step up to the plate for this conditions rarity. Grateful my doctor knows what he's doing! Test requires pre test counseling which virtually none one here in the Treasure Valley supposedly does. Unreal what the requirements needed just to do the test. The blood draw was the easiest thing I had to do for this whole process. Thanks for being compassionate and understanding. Thank you for making it easy in the end. Great job!

I was super leary to go here based off of the reviews…I am so glad I did, especially since it’s literally 5 minutes from my house. They were great! The lady at the front desk was super nice, and they were fast. I wasn’t there longer than 10-15. 2 people were ahead of me and were in and out just as fast. Maybe they got all the kinks worked out. Give them a try!

This place is a joke. The only way to check in is at a kiosk with a photo ID and if your ID has the barcode in a different place (even though it’s a current Idaho license) you’re out of luck. One person in the entire building drawing blood and doing “check in” if the machine can’t accommodate you. She really doesn’t care whether you get the labs your doc ordered. After a 12 hour fast and multiple assurances from my Dr office that they had sent the order, she would not look any further than her computer screen. I waited over 40 minutes to be told they can’t help me. I could have spent that time trouble shooting instead of sitting in an empty waiting room waiting for assistance. The low rating on this business is legitimate. Who knew a blood draw could be such a s4!t show!

If I could rate 0 stars I would, definitely don’t recommend coming here I drove 2 hours because this was the nearest facility I could get my blood work done at I checked in through their labcorp express machine and the lady was rude and ignored me the whole time I was waiting since 2:15 and I’m seeing one maybe two other people at a time sitting waiting getting called back and as time keeps going on I start getting frustrated because it’s now 3:40 when I got up to go to the front desk she side looked at me and walked away didn’t come back the whole time I waited there then when she did she was rude and said she couldn’t get me in because it was close to closing and I told her I had been waiting since 2:15 and she just rolled her eyes. 4:40 comes around and she still hasn’t gotten me in and said she can schedule me Monday after I drove 2 hours!!! So rude and in no hurry and doesn’t acknowledge you this was all the lady at the desk after that whole conversation I was able to get in after waiting since 2:15 not being able to eat anything because I can’t for my blood work so irritating that lady should be fired if she can’t do her job she even had attitude with other people who walked in and were also waiting awhile. The lady who actually took my blood work was nice

Only putting 1 star because I can’t put ZERO … waited 3 hours after making an OVER 3 hour drive to be here and they took any and everyone else who checked in AFTER us and when I tried to get the ladies attention several times she just looked at me and walked away until I went up to the front desk after she called ANOTHER patient and when I asked if we were going to make it in today she rolled her eye gave me ATTITUDE and said there was 2 more people ahead of me and we could come back Monday..I told her we checked in hours ago and have been waiting and she said she called out out name but we never were called and never got the text saying we were next in line or whatever ..add that to not being able to eat or drink before the “appointment “ and it makes for a very frustrating day and the attitude and eye rolling and being blown off was not appropriate or appreciated.. -10/10 stars I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone .

Don’t waste your time at this location. They are in no rush whatsoever. I waited an hour (even though I scheduled an appointment) eventually got up and flagged someone down and they said they weren’t ready for me and didn’t have a recliner for people that tend to pass out. The employees aren’t pleasant either. Go elsewhere to get labs drawn.

Strange this is listed as closed, it was not closed in 6/23. Their service was very good, you can order whatever tests you want without a doctors orders through the website, then go in, give your sample, which is almost painless, and get results in a couple days. Very useful business.

Terrible customer service. I had blood drawn at the location in Meridian, Idaho on eagle road. Somehow, this place sends labs results to the ordering provider more than a week later. I requested the staff send results to other providers and I even wrote them down only for the staff to ignore the request. Imagine if the results need the providers attention right away and LabCorp refuses or carelessly fail to forward the results to them

I have the same problem has the previous comment. This location did not upload the results on the Lab Corp web portal. I called corporate, they were trying to find the results. Called corporate twice. Results are still not viewable on my Lab Corp Patient portal. In addition this location closed last winter with no note on the door.

Super fast. Best stick I've ever had. She even avoided scar tissue on my arm from previous blood donations and chose a smaller, harder to get vein. She got it the first try and it was done within a minute!
