I ordered a pair of earrings that were lost in the mail, so I was refunded after about a month. I bought them again, but my order was wrapped in an invoice that belonged to someone else when it arrived; I have the name, address, and billing info of a total stranger, and am also worried about who out there may have mine. Furthermore, were these earrings unhygienicly worn/returned by that person and that’s why their invoice was still attached? Something is definitely up with the vetting process…

They don't have a wide selection its pretty limited and the sales person I came across was pretty rude and arrogant. Not the best loft experience, I love loft products but skeptical about going back to this store.

This was my go to in store, on line and even Loft Outlet. But in 2021‐2022 I definetely noticed a decline in quality fabric (less cotton and more low quality synthetics). They stopped carrying any mid rise jeans and only carry high waist. I think the most important feedback is I don't know who the audience is for this store. It used to carry more basic pieces for work and play trending to a more mature audience but now they have caved to too many trends. The colors and patterns are overwhelming and a good cover up to the poor quality. They do have more options on line if you can't find your size. But, this store looks a cross from a Three's Company set with moo moos and patterns from the 80s and a Forever 21 store with the cropped trendy tops. I understand the trends come and go but bring back the basics.

The lady that helped us at the counter was very nice and polite. The one star review is because the loft does not give you more than 30 days to return an item without penalizing you financially for taking too long. The receipt is present. The price tag is still on the merchandise and you still have to pay extra. We will be closing our account with them and shopping somewhere where they've got a more tolerant return policy on perfectly new goods. My wife is pretty addicted to this place and it's sad that the Loft is willing to lose a lifelong customer for $8. Looks like off to Macy's and Nordstroms our money will go.....

Such a fun store, especially fora girlthat doesn't get to shop much! Marissa and Tomisha were extremely helpful in picking out clothes for me, and helping me find my new look!? Thank you ladies! I hope to be back to visit soon!
