Their policy for a different company to provide delivery is a nightmare.I was promised delivery of concrete blocks to my job site by Monday, the truck driver called and said it was so dark, could he deliver the next day. I said ok because I thought I was talking to the Lowe's store truck driver, but it was a third party. The next day, no blocks, so I called Lowe's, they said it had been delivered. when they realized it had not, they rescheduled. The new delivery date was supposed to be Wednesday, and the company delivering the building, was going to charge me $100 an hour for every hour we waited on block.I struggled to get my blocks one load at a time that Wednesday, so not to get charged for wait time. After the 2 trips I had to make, we unloaded the blocks and were 20 short. I made the 3rd trip to Lowe's for my missing blocks, got the run around, but finally got my blocks.Needless to say, I will NEVER use Lowe's in Meridian, MS for anything.unsatisfied customer.

I came to the store because the Lowe's near me didn't have as good of a plant selection. They have all of their clearance plants miss Marked and Emily, a register attendant, with her gay, rainbow dreadlocks, rang me up. I've never had someone roll their eyes at me as many times as she did because I questioned why they were on the clearance rack. If you want extremely rude service, go through Emily's line. She's a real gem! I'll just head over to Home Depot! Kept your plants!

D&B is most customer service oriented. They also sell quality products. Lowe's doesn't stand behind the products they sell either.

Bought a grill on a Wednesday. Told it would be assembled and delivered on Friday. Went to pay and told no, it would be delivered on Saturday. Got a text message on that Saturday, telling us No....now it would not be delivered until the next WEDNESDAY! So much for the family BBQ we planned!

I had a curbside order, and the staff came right out to assist me in loading up my order in the back of my vehicle. What a great experience! I will be back as the entire process was very easy. Thank you so much!

My wife and I came in here today to shop for appliances for our new house. Cameron assisted us. He was great. We needed a washer and dryer set as well as a refrigerator and stand up freezer. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. It was very clear that he wasn't trying to sell us the highest price items but instead was helping us decide which appliances suited our needs the best. There was no pressure it was just a laid conversion on what best suited our needs. We were a little early on our purchase but will be back when its time to buy.

Bought a washer and it didn't work. I took it back and was told that it is not returnable after 48 hours. I asked to speak to the manager. Those were my only words except some friendly chatter to another employee while the woman went to get the manager. I got David the assistant manager who came up to me very aggressive and angry like he couldn't believe a customer was bothering him . He said it's not his problem because I waited 45 days to return it which was false. It was within 2 weeks of the original sale date. This was the soonest I was able to bring it back to the store. I asked if they stand behind what they sell. He didn't want to answer and instead started attacking my character. He said he didn't like that I swore to the employees and that I was aggressive to them. I said go look at your video tape because you just completely made that up. Yes I was upset at the way he was talking down to me and that they refused to except back the broken washer they sold me, but I never swore or raised my voice. I pressed on if they stood behind what they sold until he finally said no we don't stand behind what we sell. It's bad enough that they refused to simply exchange the equipment but for David to look down on me and make up lies to try and make me look like a bad guy just because he didn't want to deal with their terrible policy is unbelievable. The woman who originally sold us the washer was great and deserves 5 stars. I feel bad for the employees working under this guy. I hope he doesn't treat them the way he treats the customers. Even if David would have been polite the blame falls under the ridiculous store policy. David said it best when he said no they don't stand behind what they sell.

Lowes is the place I shop for things I need to repair and maintain my home. I am a Veteran and they not only offer Veterans parking spaces near the entrance, they give Veterans a 10% discount on all items that are not already on sale. I am always thanked for my service to our country when I give them my phone number to look me up in their system for my Veteran status. They are always courteous and helpful too. Since COVID, it is a little harder to find people to help but 9 times out of 10 that I shop there I don't need help anyway. When I go to the other big store (HD) I usually have to search and search for someone to help and usually wait until they are done with another customer.

I feel like it's weird for me to be reviewing a Lowe's, but I guess it's pretty normal. Sorry...thinking out loud. Anyway, I love this Lowe's. Is it weird to love a specific Lowe's? Whatever...continuing on, there are three things I love about this Lowe's. First, they are typically always pretty organized. They keep everything tidy and well-stocked and I can usually always find what I'm looking for. There have been a few times when I've seen a great deal on something random online and when I go in and ask someone where I can find it, they will check the item, see it's in stock, but then can't find it at all. That's frustrating, but like most places, there are always stock issues. Now that brings me to the second thing I love, which is arguably the most important. The people who work there. For the most part, the employees are awesome and incredibly helpful. I'll call out one specific worker named Juan. Juan is the best. He has helped me a few times when I have questions or am looking for something and has gone super out of his way to help. Just the other day, I was looking for an item that showed was in stock, and he literally walked across the entire store with me to look for it, couldn't find it, went to the back to search for it, and unfortunately still couldn't find it, but was very apologetic about it and just such a nice dude. Also, I wish I could remember her name, but a woman working at the customer service/returns desk is awesome. Just a great staff. Third, they occasionally have really good deals on things. I'm sure this is the same for most Lowe's and all stores in general, but they randomly have super good clearance deals on things and I love it! I called about a miter saw that was 50% off and they said they had 2 in stock and then held one for me at the desk. I now have a miter saw. Awesome. A great Lowe's with great people!
