The Corporate movement to eliminate cashiers is a pathetic and greedy assault on Consumers. I look forward to the arrival of a repacement retailer that puts customers over automation. Lowes and Home Depot have to be replaced or better yet the leadership.

They have a ton of tools and most of what you'd need for a home project. But it seems like customer service has gone downhill fast over the past couple of years. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.

Our first time at this location, very poor customer service. Actually no customer service at all. We were not greeted or offered assistance when looking for items. Not the greatest experience.

Last December I bought a blow up. Didn't open it. Waited til this year. When I opened it, it had 2 Capri suns taped together in the box. No blow up. Obviously this was a small inside blow up. And too late for any exchange or return. My bad on waiting. Apparently when someone returned it, Lowe's never opened the box to check it.

I prefer Lowes over the other big box store. Lowe's has a better selection and much of the time better price on the items I look at. The only reason not 5 stars is that there are not enough Lowe's in the Treasure valley this it's too far from my house to shop there often.

Lowe's has always been the contractor and home handyman paradise.
I give it 4 stars due to the extraordinary number of products and tools for just about anything you'd want to improve the interior and exterior of your home.
This includes a vast array of gardening supplies from simple lawn care to growing flowers and vegetables .
Since 2020 and the growing tribe of employees who don't wish to work.
Service is somewhat subpar.
Lowe's it's self is not to blame for this as every business is suffering the same fate
I'd urge anyone looking to do anything for your home, Lowe's is the place to go.
