Today I shopped at Lululemon for the first time and it was a great experience. Lisa there helped me find the right kind of leggings for what I wanted to do and helped find the right sizing. She explained everything in regards to sizing, answering my concerns and even how to take care of the garments. I highly recommend going in and working with Lisa!

Went to buy new running shorts. It was packed on a Saturday afternoon but well-staffed and friendly atmosphere. Ended up chatting with a very helpful employee who helped us find the color we wanted and order another pair online. Clothing is definitely an investment as it’s pricey but made well to last

I bought a pair of ABC pants that I wear once every two weeks, and I have two holes on the back pockets. This is the second pair that this has happened to. When I came in to try to exchange them, I was told that they have a 1 year policy and that they wouldn’t exchange them. If I’m going to spend $130 on a pair of pants, they better last me more than a couple years. I will not be purchasing Lulu in the future because of their lack of quality and failure to warranty their expensive product. I can purchase a pair of Levi’s for $50 that will last me 5 years. Very disappointed

Came in and needed to return boxers since I got the wrong size online and wanted something else. The cashier was African American and had wavy hair. She asked me ridiculous questions like, did you reorder yet? (Uhm why does that matter to you?) Why are you returning it here? (Because this is the closest location?) Finally she told me to go to the Boise Town Square location to return it. Like how does that even make sense?!?! I went to the other location and returned it. No questions asked. Absolutely terrible customer service, pathetic actually. Stay away from this place and their petty employees who don't want to do their job.

The staff at the Meridian Lululemon is really kind and helpful. I wish the store had more items from their site in store but the people are very, very good at helping you pick the order from online and know your sizes… it also comes much faster to you than if you do it yourself online at home!

We went into several stores at the Village. Lululemon and Sephora had exemplary service. I also found out that Lululemon also does hemming and sleeve shortening. Props to the friendly service and, yes, I indulged in a new yoga top. ?

Lisa at the Meridian Village location was truly incredible. Such a memorable and amazing experience. My daughter, who is 12, asked if we could go there on our Daddy Daughter Day. Upon arrival I quickly realized I know nothing about lululemon women’s apparel. Lisa came to my rescue as she has a daughter near the same age. Lisa made my daughter and myself feel like we there with a close family friend. Lisa made the experience one we will never forget. This was was my daughter’s first pair of legendary Lululemon Leggings, My daughter is still talking about Lululemon Lisa.

there is a lady with curly hair, middle aged who is very condescending, as someone in a customer service role she should be welcoming and helpful. Very disappointing experience

My husband got me a bunch of Lulu gear and unfortunately the clothes didn't fit, kudos to him he got a few sizes too small in leggings, So we visited the store to find the right sizes. I have personally lost about 72 lbs in the past years.. with my body changes I have a wild case of body dysmorphia. I went to try on the clothes and broke down in tears just because well, I'm hard on myself as a mom of 3 kids, I have stretch marks and scars. Shopping is always hard for me. However, Hailey the sales manager was an absolute doll. She helped us find several things that fit my comfort level and gave me a big hug at the end. All of the ladies were so kind and supportive. Strong women supporting strong women! Restoring proof in humanity and kindness. Shopping is usually my worst nightmare, but Hailey made me feel valued and heard. She listened to what I wanted in clothing and wasn't pushy. Thank you for making me feel special. You are an angel. If you are looking for athletic gear visit here and ask for Hailey, she truly cares and wants to help.
