Gotta be honest, its always the small store that do the best work with no excuses. They fixed my Galaxy S25 Ultra charging port very quickly. And with just cost on part and labor, who could beat that!?

Super cheap, quick, and effective!
Garrett and his wife Leslie were amazing. Had an issue with my PC and they ordered new parts and had it all fixed over a 3 day weekend.

Jeremy was an absolute legend; he was super kind and worked fast to get our computer back up and running. It turned out to be something simple that we hadn't been able to figure out and he didn't even charge us for it. I know we'll definitely be back for any other computer diagnostics and fixes we'll need in the future!

Jeremy came out to my office to try and help diagnose a computer issue I was having with sound and software. I have a computer I bought from someone that built it himself and didn't do the best job. Jeremy was informative and provided excellent customer service. He wasn't able to fix the problem at my office and gave me great recommendations on what to do moving forward. Lastly, he didn't charge me for the visit as he wasn't able to correct my problem at my office. Really appreciated that. If you have computer issue's, I recommend these guys.

I have used Mad Hatter a couple of times now and both times they were extremely helpful and were able to get through my issue very quickly. If I ever have an issue with my computer again, I will definitely be reaching out to them.

I recommend everything that this place has to offer. The staff is fantastic. Story time, I had a hard drive that became nonfunctional and I couldn’t access it on any device and Madd Hatter Techs LLC was able to access the hard drive and recover my my irreplaceable moments and photos. Thank you so much for the great work and being readily available to help!!!!Thank you again!!
