Matrix Vapor Meridian is an electronic cigarette store that offers a good selection of juices and hardware, with excellent staff and service. The store has great prices and an awesome rewards program, and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Customers describe it as a fun place to get their vaping products, with a professional and down-to-earth atmosphere. It's the only vape store that some customers visit, as the staff is super friendly and always treats them well, though the prices may be a little high compared to competitors.
Came in because my vape wasn’t working right that I had owned previously from another store. . The manager was able to help me fix the problem. I had just gone to another store and the problem wasn’t resolved. I really appreciate the willingness to fix my device at no cost! Will definitely come back.

Just had a phone interaction with an employee. They actually did not have the vape I wanted currently. But super friendly, super helpful and actually referred another local business. Five stars great work.
