It’s been a LONG TIME since I’ve enjoyed such caring, attentive, and professional help from a salesperson. William, the store manager at the River Valley Mattress Firm, was thoughtful and patient as we worked together to provide a mattress set for a friend in great need. He took on the challenge as if it was for a family member or close friend of his. I highly recommend this Mattress Firm if you want excellent service!

We purchased a mattress and an adjustable bed frame from the owner and were told there was a $200.oo restocking fee if ever returned. But 2 days later when we returned it we were informed that it wasn't worth are while to return the mattress because it had a $200 restocking fee AND WE would have to contact the company to come and inspect the mattress, and blah, blah, blah... As far as the bed frame goes, we were told it was nonrefundable, so we had to eat that.
We purchased merchandise from the Mattress Firm in another location and had a excellent experience.
The guy who runs this one isn't forthcoming. We felt it was all pretty shady.
