Went in to Mattress Firm to get a mattress for my son. Sales rep, Nino, was very helpful in showing me only what I was interested in. Delivery was made in a couple of days and it appears my son is sleeping much better. Thank you Mattress Firm for making the purchase easy.

I had the best experience I’ve ever had with Patty store manager. I truly believe that she is a cut from a different cloth that most people would never get to experience unless you meet her and find out for yourself. I would 100% recommend going to this location, those people that were there were above and beyond to try and help me find a mattress for my needs. I am disabled, and in a wheelchair and the amount of help they gave me actually blew my mind. 100% recommended, I will be a Mattress Firm Inc customer for life so long as there’s associates likes them.

After meeting with Nino, and asking multiple questions, I bought the Nectar mattress for my new bedroom. He was very nice, and helpful, but let me make my final decision. They have a great selection of mattresses, so not an easy task, picking out the right one. Thank you to Nino and Pattii……

Nino was exceptionally helpful. When I arrived in the store, he was mindful of my arrival and acknowledged me with a greeting, even though he was helping a couple at the counter. While the couple was reading through paperwork, he made sure to check on me, asking how he could help and even pointed out a few things I could look at while he finished with the couple. He was very attentive to my specific wants for a mattress, even going above and beyond, trying to figure out how he could help meet my need with the small budget I had. He provided exceptional customer service and sales support.

Had a warranty issue and Pattie the manager at our location took care of everything had a replacement mattress sent out and will be delivered within 2 days.We would strongly recommend this store in Meridian. The staff is excellent, knowledgeable and accommodating. On a 1-10 scale we give them a 15.

When we went in to find a mattress both Pattie and Nino helped my husband and I to find the perfect fit. Both had great knowledge, helpful attitude and made a not fun task into an experience we enjoyed. Will definitely be back to their store they go above and beyond to get you a better night sleep.

Heather was super helpful. She listened to our needs and gave us the options that worked best for our budget. We absolutely love the mattress we got! This is our 2nd purple mattress, our other one was still going strong after 8 yrs, but we changed it out for a king. We also got the adjustable base. We weren't planning to, but after playing with it we decided to and I'm so glad we did!! One thing that it has been amazing for is, I have frequent heartburn so I can adjust the base for that or when my husband starts snoring I just elevate his head a little and the snoring stops.
